Χρειαζόμουν μόνο να βγάλω μια κάρτα για τον λογαριασμό μου όποτε έκανα αίτηση (πριν ένα μήνα σχεδόν, που είπαν να περιμένω να μου στείλουν την κάρτα με το ΕΛΤΑ μέσα σε 7-10 μερες). παρόλα αυτά τους πηρα τηλέφωνο χτες και μου είπαν ότι δεν εγηνε αποδεκτό το αίτημα μου καθώς δεν πέρασαν σωστά κάποια στοιχεία και είπαν ότι προσπάθησαν να με ενημερώσου. Σημειωτέον, ότι έχουν στην κατοχή τους το email μου, τηλέφωνο και την διεύθυνση! Η ενημέρωση δεν εγηνε ποτε, ειλικρινά μια από της χειρότερες εξυπηρέτησης. The girl at the reception is very sharp and disrespectful. He kept telling me hints that left me speechless! I only needed to get a card for my account whenever I applied (almost a month ago, they said I was waiting for the card to be sent to me by ELTA within 7-10 days). However, I called them yesterday and they told me that my request was not accepted as they did not pass some information correctly and they said that they tried to inform me. Note that they have my email, phone and address! The update was never done, honestly one of the worst service.

C	Chara Tzatzou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -5 θα έπρεπε να βάλω για την «Κυρια» στην υποδοχή! Είναι αγενής, ειρωνική χωρίς λόγο, δεν εξυπηρετεί κ με υφάκι σε οποία ερώτηση κ αν κάνω! Δεν δούλευε το ebanking κ πήγα να πληρώσω απ το μηχάνημα. Έκανα την απλη ερώτηση αν μπορώ να πραγματοποιήσω πληρωμή μέσω του μηχανήματος για τον συγκεκριμένο λογαριασμό κ μόνο που δεν με πέταξε έξω! Εάν μισεί την δουλειά της δεν φταίμε εμείς! Αποδεσμευστε την να ησυχάσει κ αυτή κ εμείς! -5 I should put for the "Lady" at the reception! It is rude, ironic for no reason, it does not serve with a weft in any question I ask! Ebanking did not work and I went to pay from the machine. I asked the simple question if I can make a payment through the machine for this account and only he did not throw me out! If she hates her job it is not our fault! I found out later when I checked my bank account. When I called the customer service to find out why this money where missing from my account, I was only then informed that they charge for this service in store and you can do it yourself online for free.
