T	Theo M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθαμε, περιμέναμε στη σειρά, 2 γραφεία τα οποία εξυπηρετούσαν, προηγούνταν κάποιες κυρίες οι οποίες έκαναν παρά πολλή ώρα να τελειώσουν και ένας κύριος δίπλα ο οποίος κ αυτός αργούσε. Υπήρχε κ ένα άλλο γραφείο με έναν κύριο ο οποίος φαινόταν ότι δεν έκανε τίποτα σοβαρό, χαζολογουσε στον υπολογιστή και γενικές "keep looking busy" ασχολίες... Υπήρχε μια κοπέλα όπου φαινόταν επί της υποδοχής η οποία κ αυτή πηγαινοερχόταν. Περιμέναμε πάνω από μισάωρο χωρίς κανένας να ασχοληθεί μαζί μας να ρωτήσει τι θέλουμε. Τελειώνει η κυρία στο ένα γραφείο και ξαφνικά μπαίνει μια αλλη κυρία στην τράπεζα και κάθεται στο γραφείο το οποίο μόλις είχε αδειάσει κ φαινόταν ότι γνωρίζονταν με την υπάλληλο.. Σηκώνομαι κ λέω συγνώμη περιμένουμε παρά πολλή ώρα. Η υπάλληλος απαντάει 1 λεπτό να υπογράψει κάτι χαρτιά. Λεω οκ... Κ φαινόταν ότι δεν θα πάρει ένα λεπτό. Πάω στον υπάλληλο "keep looking busy" του λέω θέλω το τάδε... Το έκανε μετά από αναμονή 40 λεπτών. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά customer service στο πάτωμα. Δεν έχω ξαναμπεί σε χειρότερη Alpha bank!!!! We came, we waited in line, 2 offices that were serving, preceded by some ladies who made too long to finish and a gentleman next door who was also late. There was another office with a gentleman who seemed to be doing nothing serious, chatting on the computer and general "keep looking busy" occupations ... There was a girl looking at the reception she was going to. We waited over half an hour without anyone to ask us what we wanted. The lady ends up in an office and suddenly another lady enters the bank and sits in the office she had just emptied and seemed to be acquainted with the employee. I stand up and apologize for waiting too long. The employee responds with a minute to sign some papers. Leah ok ... K seemed like it wouldn't take a minute. I go to the "keep looking busy" employee and tell him I want it ... He did it after waiting 40 minutes. Unacceptable customer service behavior on the floor. I've never been in a worse Alpha bank !!!!
S	Stelios Charalampakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενής διευθύντρια καταστήματος. Μετά από πολλή αναμονή δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα για τη δουλειά που περίμενα στην ουρά και έφυγα. Rude store manager. After a long wait I was not served for the job I was waiting in line and left.
