★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είναι ποια η Alpha Bank που ξέραμε. Πήγα στην Εθνική και έλυσα όλες τις εκκρεμότητες και αμέσως. Αποφεύγουν τα ραντεβού για να κάθονται αυτοί εδώ. Αν πας για πλάκα και κοιτάξεις απ'έξω είναι πάντα άδειο ή με ένα 1-2 πελάτες. Ντροπή.
 It's not the Alpha Bank we knew. I went to the National and solved all the outstanding issues and immediately. They avoid appointments so that they can sit here. If you go for fun and look outside it is always empty or with 1-2 customers. Shame.

πως γινεται να δινεις οδηγιες χωρις να γνωριζεις τι λες.
3 φορες ηρθα στο καταστημα για προβλημα λογαριασμου, μετα απο μηνα και ακομα δεν μπορω να κανω ενεργοποιηση της καρτας. Συγκεκριμενα οδηγιες που εδωσε η κυρια ηταν λαθος απο αυτες που λεει στο χαρτι (εννοειται πρωτα δοκιμασα οτι λενε οι οδηγιες). για καποιο λογω οι κωδικοι ταυτοποιησης ηταν λαθος. μονο μετα απο πολλλλλεεεεςςς προσπαθειες να βγαλω γραμμη στην εξυπηρετηση πελατων καταφερα να βγαλω ακρη. βεβαια ουτε το παλικαρι στο τηλεφωνο δεν ηξερε αν μπορει να ληξη ο μυστικος κωδικος που λαμβανουμε με sms. ευτυχως ομως υπαρχει και τροπος αποστολης πιν απο αυτους απευθειας.

I came to the store 3 times for an account problem, after a month and I still can not activate the card. Specifically the instructions given by the lady were wrong from what she says on the paper (of course I first tried what the instructions say). for some reason the identification codes were wrong. only after many attempts to draw a line in customer service did I manage to get an edge. Of course, not even the lad on the phone knew if the secret code we receive by sms could expire. Fortunately, there is a way to send them directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τυπική και απροσωπη επαφή με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών με προσποιητή ευγένεια. Έλεγχος covid πιστοποιητικών. Μη προσβάσιμο σε ΑΜΕΑ υποκατάστημα, πολύ δύσκολη στάθμευση.
Formal and impersonal contact with the customer service department with pretended courtesy. Check covid certificates. Inaccessible to disabled branch, very difficult parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικοί και γρήγοροι. Μεγάλο κατάστημα, πολύ τοπικοί με τα μέτρα covid. Το πάρκινγκ είναι λίγο πρόβλημα ειδικά προς το μεσημέρι.
Polite and fast. Large store, very local with covid measures. Parking is a bit of a problem especially at noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank cashier was obtuse, he couldn't find my bank account number (due to merge of Commercial Bank with Alpha Bank) with my id. Instead of treating me as a customer made me feel unwelcome, had to call a manager to sort it out.
