If you go to the ATM during closed hours everything is good and easy for parking and service. If you go to business hours it is the worst that can happen to you.

S	Sissy Krezou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστεράκι εφόσον δεν υπάρχει αρνητική βαθμολογία... Καταρχάς είναι αναγωγοι και μόνο τους πελάτες δεν θέλουν να εξυπηρετήσουν. Βρέθηκα σε άδειο κατάστημα χωρίς αναμονή έξω και δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν σε κάτι που δεν γίνεται στη φωνητική πύλη (πάγια εντολή πληρωμής), 5 λεπτά υπόθεση και ούτε, επειδή δεν είχα ραντεβού. Ουστ από δω πέρα, διαχειρίζονται τα λεφτά μας και θα έπρεπε να είναι πελατοκεντρικοι, αλλά είναι μπακαληδες... An asterisk since there is no negative rating ... At first they are redundant and only the customers do not want to serve. I found myself in an empty store without waiting outside and they did not serve me at something that is not done at the voice portal (regular payment order), 5 minutes case or because I did not have an appointment. From now on, they manage our money and they should be customer-centric, but they are grocers ...
A	Annabel Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είναι τυχαίο το γεγονός πως υπάρχουν τόσο αρνητικά σχόλια στην αξιολόγηση για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.. Ανάρμοστη η συμπεριφορά της διευθύντριας ειδικά σε ηλικιωμένους πελάτες !!!! Αν κάποιοι εκεί μέσα δεν μπορούν να κάνουν σωστά κ ευσυνείδητα τη δουλειά τους, τότε να πάνε σπίτι τους ή να βρουν μια διαφορετική δουλειά που να μην έρχονται σε επαφή με κόσμο. Η αρμοδιότητα τους είναι να εξυπηρετούν τους πελάτες με ευγένεια και κ ευσυνειδησία. Οι πελάτες δεν πάνε για αναψυχή αλλά για να διεκπεραιώσουν τις συναλλαγές τους κ όχι για να βγουν βόλτα στην τράπεζα.. δεν είναι σωστό να περιμένουν έξω μέχρι να έρθει η όρεξη στους υπαλλήλους της τράπεζας να εξυπηρετήσουν τους πελάτες. Άραγε υπάρχει κάποιος αρμόδιος για την αξιολόγηση των υπαλλήλων εκεί μέσα ???? Πολύ λυπηρό στις μέρες μας να έρχονται οι άνθρωποι αντιμέτωποι με τέτοιου είδους συμπεριφορές!!!! It is not a coincidence that there are so many negative comments in the evaluation for this store .. The behavior of the manager is inappropriate, especially for elderly customers !!!! If some in there can not do their job properly and conscientiously, then go home or find a different job that does not come into contact with people. Their responsibility is to serve customers with courtesy and conscientiousness. Customers do not go for leisure but to process their transactions and not to go for a walk in the bank .. it is not right to wait outside until the appetite comes to the bank employees to serve customers. Is there anyone in charge of evaluating the employees in there ???? It is very sad nowadays for people to be confronted with such behaviors !!!!

BTW don't bother trying to call the number shown here, they don't pick it up except to hang up again immediately, you see, the ringing of phone annoys the bank employees. If you are reading this, please don't make the mistake of opening an account at AlphaBank.. every interaction you will have with them will leave you angry and drained. This particular branch is a stand out for the level incompetence, disinterest and dysfunction that characterizes AlphaBank in general.

Completely incompetent as far as technology is concerned. They do not know how to type a name correctly on a computer. I have seen an employee trying to write my name in Greek for 3-4 times before she finally accomplished to change the default language from english to greek. And all that on top of terrible attitude.. Horrible services in every aspect.
