Η συμπεριφορά και η εξυπηρέτηση των υπαλλήλων πάντως είναι άψογη. I do not evaluate the services of the bank, but the fact that there is no system to issue a priority number for the order of service in the funds, which causes incredible overcrowding and frustration to the customers. However, the behavior and service of the employees are excellent.
S	Sonia Bobak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή το σύστημα του online banking μπλόκαρε και στέλνονταν λάθος οι κωδικοί για το ebanking, μου μπλόκαραν οι κωδικοί. Παραδόξως ακριβώς την ίδια στιγμή δεν δούλευε ούτε το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο για να μπορέσω να ξεμπλοκάρω τους κωδικούς. Επειδή ήταν η τελευταία μέρα του μήνα και ΕΠΡΕΠΕ να κάνω κάποιες πληρωμές στο δημόσιο, πήγα κατευθείαν στο φυσικό κατάστημα, το οποίο στις 2:15 σήμερα Παρασκευή ήταν κλειστό (online έδειχνε ανοιχτό, μέχρι τις 2:30). Παρ' όλα αυτά μέσα στις ενδιάμεσες πόρτες μπόρεσα και εξήγησα στους υπαλλήλους πως έχει η κατάσταση, η οποίοι απλά αδιαφόρησαν και απλά μου γύρισαν την πλάτη. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ? Δλδ να καταλάβω. ο μοναδικός τρόπος για να επικοινωνήσεις με την Alpha Bank είναι ΜΙΑ τηλεφωνική γραμμή η οποία ΔΕΝ λειτουργεί? Online εξυπηρέτηση στον 21ο αιώνα μήπως τουλάχιστον θα μπορούσε να υπάρξει? Αφού στη φυσική του μορφή, ανθρώπινη εξυπηρέτηση ΔΕΝ ΥΠΆΡΧΕΙ ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΣΥΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΗ ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ Because the online banking system was blocked and the ebanking codes were sent incorrectly, the codes were blocked. p	panos thanasopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν έπιασα δουλειά και ήθελα έναν απλό λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας της συγκεκριμένης τράπεζας μια ξανθιά κυρία σχετικά νέα μου είπε πως είναι υποχρεωτικό να ανοίξω λογαριασμό bonus αλλιώς δεν μπορώ να έχω καθόλου λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας. Ως νέος στο άθλημα παρόλο που μου φάνηκε παράξενο το να πληρώνω κάθε 6 μήνες το εχαψα και τελικά συμφώνησα. Προσφάτως έμαθα πως η κυρία απλά ήθελε να φαίνεται ως άτομο που καταφέρνει να παίρνει πελάτες με την κάρτα bonus με αθέμιτα μέσα. Παρακαλώ οι προϊστάμενοι ας προσέχουν λίγο παραπάνω με πιο τρόπο πουλάνε υπηρεσίες οι υπάλληλοί τους.
