F	Filippos Hiras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the worst bank in Greece. Customer service sucks when it comes to contacting with the headquarters, if a branch cannot help you out. The phone center is disfunctional and needs at least 5 tries in order to reach someone who usually is unable to help anyways. The branch told me to contact the headquarters and they again pointed me to the branch. Stay away. To the bank: You should try at least to fix the phone center problems (unless you do not want the fixed for obvious reasons...) and listen sometimes to your recorded calls. You 've got too much space to improve...

Took money from a machine in Lindos in Euros, it came up with a warning that I would have to accept my banks exchange rate which I accepted. It then charged me in £s and took £14 in the exchange rate €200 cost £194 when should have been £180! Look at the 'dodgy' small print on the receipt. This bank is just ripping off tourists and basically illegally stealing money (outside of the bail outs it has already taken).
G	GEORGE M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably arrogant customer service!!! I sent them an official online inquiry (Reference number 316712) weeks ago and nobody got into the trouble of replying to me. There may come a time in the future when full digitization of world economies and the introduction of blockchain systems will make the existence of these banks obsolete. There will be just one bank in each country, the Central Bank...all others will be just unnecessary.
P	Pamela Trotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man called Nikolaos Patoulias, who works there, told me to go to another Bank (not alpha) and to go back to my country. I already have a private account with them, and I needed help for a business one. They don't speak English, they make fun of customers by commenting them. They don't do nothing, they readdress everyone online. His behaviour is unacceptable, unprofessional and rude. He gave me his name to make an official complaint cause the bank is his property and he can do whatever he wants! Go to find a real job and thanks who put you there, despite you don't know how to write your own name.
