Dishes are well prepared with fresh Greek ingredients cooked in front of guests at the double-tiered bar by the chefs. Wine list is extensive and showcases Greek wineries within a reasonable price range, but other national drinks such as artisanal beers, tsipouro, etc are also on offer. This project kicked off on the back of the owners' already existing delicatessen in the adjacent space which showcases an immense variety of prime Greek products, mainly the award-winning olive oil of their own production. The two spaces are now smartly interconnected and allows you to both shop and dine in. Kudos to Vaya and Dimitri for this daring enterprise that strives to raise the bar in this small suburban environment by offering quality and service.
