Πρόσφατα αγόρασα το universal reformer και εντυπωσιάστηκα από την πρώτη κιόλας ματιά! Άριστη συσκευασία, ποιότητα κατασκευής και λειτουργία! Θα ήταν παράλειψη να μην κάνω ιδιαίτερη μνεία στην υπεύθυνη επικοινωνίας κ. Ειρήνη Εμμανουηλίδου η οποία από την πρώτη στιγμή ήταν εκεί για να βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει σε ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα... Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την ALPHA PILATES λόγω της άψογης συνεργασίας μας και του υψηλότατου επιπέδου εξοπλισμού της!!! There was no manual as how to open/assemble it but when I contacted the company they send me a link to YouTube on how to assemble. Friendly and efficient service. I have used the reformer now 3 times and it works fine.
