Παραγγελία air condition και με ενημέρωσαν πως μέχρι το τέλος εβδομάδας θα το είχα, μεσοβδόμαδα επικοινωνία από μέρους μου για να μου πουν πως τώρα εκτελωνίζεται..σχετική γκρίνια από μένα λόγω σφιχτού χρονοδιαγράμματος και στην τελική την Παρασκευή το είχα με πληρωμένα μάλιστα τα μεταφορικά (περίπου 35 ευρώ) χωρίς να υπάρχει στην αρχική συμφωνία.. σας ευχαριστώ πολύ και συγνώμη για την γκρίνια. Service that you do not easily find in Greek companies. Order air condition and they informed me that by the end of the week I would have it, midweek communication from me to tell me that now it is cleared through customs..relative moaning from me due to a tight schedule and in the end on Friday I had it even with paid shipping (approximately 35 euros) without being in the original agreement .. thank you very much and sorry for the whining.

Μου φέρατε μια σόμπα με λάθος χρωματισμό που είχα τονίσει ότι δεν τον θέλω τον συγκεκριμένο χρωματισμό...,ο τεχνικός είχε αρχίσει ήδη την εγκατάσταση Όταν μιλάγαμε στα τηλέφωνα... η τρύπα για το μπουρί είχε ήδη ανοίξει, γιατί δεν μιλάμε για μια φτηνή σόμπα και μου λέτε τώρα εσείς ότι η μάνα μου έπρεπε να μείνει με μια τρύπα στο σαλόνι για 15 μέρες ώσπου να έρθει η επόμενη! Συγχαρητήρια είστε φοβερός επαγγελματίας !!! Και επίσης ήταν τρομερή η απάντηση σας ότι δεν γνωρίζετε τον χρωματισμό γιατί δεν αναγράφεται στην συσκευασία.... μας προσβάλετε την νοημοσύνη μας πραγματικά!! Υ.Γ. Η ΣΟΜΠΑ ΕΙΧΕ ΕΞΟΦΛΗΘΕΙ ΠΡΙΝ ΑΚΟΜΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΩ.... ΧΑΣΑΤΕ ΚΑΘΕ ΕΜΠΙΣΤΟΣΥΝΗ... ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ ΠΟΛΥ ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ Very bad service and they sent me the wrong product ... d	diamadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα είναι απάτη. Παραπλανητικες περιγραφές προϊόντων. Με αποτέλεσμα να δυσφιμιζουν προϊόντα εταιρείων και να προκαλούν αθέμιτο ανταγωνισμό στην ελληνική αγορά. Έπρεπε να το καταλάβω από τις χαμηλότερες τιμές τους σχεδόν σε όλα τα προϊόντα της αγοράς.Συγκεκριμένα εγώ ενδιαφέρομουν για σόμπα πέλλετ 12 kw .την αγόρασα από αυτούς λόγο τεράστιας διαφοράς από την υπολοιπη αγορά . Την σόμπα ενώ την παρουσιάζουν 12 kw το μοτέρ είναι 10 kw .και μου λένε ότι φταίει που δεν βγάζει 12 kw η εγκατάσταση, το σπίτι, η αν καψεις καλό πέλλετ . Ακόμη και ο ίδιος ο εισαγωγέας λέει ότι το μοτέρ είναι 10 kw.Δηλαδή πουλάνε αυτοκίνητο 1000 κυβικά για 1400 κυβικά και λένε ότι φταίει η βενζίνη η το παπούτσι που πατάει το γκάζι και δεν βγάζει 1400 κυβικά. Απαράδεκτοι.εγω έχω κάνει καταγγελία στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή και ελπίζω να τους την κατεβάσουν την σελίδα από το internet για να μην κλέβουν τον κόσμο. Το καλό της υπόθεσης είναι ότι ήθελα να πάρω 15 air condition για τα δωμάτια που εχω σε νησί και με έσωσαν. Η σόμπα δεν είναι χαλασμένη ,μια χαρά δουλεύει απλός δεν είναι 12 κιλοβάτ κύριε απατεώνα. Σας πήρα 500 τηλέφωνα και άλλα 10, 510 διότι τα χονια που στείλατε δεν έμπαιναν, ήταν αρσενικό με αρσενικό. The store is a scam. Misleading product descriptions. Κάλεσα το πρωί στις 10 για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι ο θερμοσίφωνας Nobel 60lt δαπέδου, που στο site τον έδειχναν "άμεσα διαθέσιμο / σε απόθεμα", ο υπάλληλος με διαβεβαίωσε ότι " Υπάρχει στην αποθήκη, ελάτε να τον πληρώσετε στο κατάστημα και πάτε 500μ. πιο κάτω να παραλάβετε από την αποθήκη". Έφτασα από τα Εξάρχεια στο κατάστημα τους στη Γρ.Λαμπρακη 69 στη Νίκαια στις 12μμ για να μου πουν ότι τελικά δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο το προϊόν! Σε ερώτηση μου γιατί με κουβάλησαν τσάμπα από το κέντρο, άκουσα διαδοχικά από τους δύο υπαλλήλους τα εξής: 1) "Πάρτε έναν 80lt" 2) "Έχουμε άλλο μοντέλο στα 60lt ειδικών διαστάσεων και περίπου 30€ ακριβότερο." 3) "Να πάρουμε στην Nobel μήπως έχουν να με καλύψουν" (δεν απάντησε ποτέ η εταιρεία αν έχει διαθεσιμότητα, ούτε ξέρω σε ποιον πήραν) 4) Να πάω "εδώ πιο κάτω μετά το Γενικό Κρατικό , που είναι ο ... τάδε (άλλο μαγαζί!), αυτός κάτι θα έχει.." Ως "απάντηση", αφού συνέχισα ευγενικά να ρωτάω, γιατί μετά από τηλεφώνημα με κουβάλησαν εκεί αφού δεν έχουν αυτό που λένε ως "απόθεμα/άμεσα διαθέσιμο" (διπλή εξαπάτηση ή διπλή κοροϊδία κι ανευθυνότητα, διαλεγετε και παίρνετε) άκουσα το αμιμητο: "ήταν πρωί όταν πήρες, δεν είχε ανοίξει η αποθήκη"!! (Στον ενικό το είχανε γυρίσει κι οι δυο τους αμέσως μετά το καλημέρα) Φεύγοντας ο "υπάλληλος" ( ο θεός να τον κάνει επαγγελματία) μάλλον από αμηχανία με χαιρέτησε με ένα "τα λέμε" λες και γίναμε φιλαράκια! Συγγνώμη οποιασδήποτε μορφής πάντως δεν άκουσα... Υ.γ Η αποθήκη σας, εφόσον είναι "Π.Ραλλη με Ορφέως (!?!) πίσω από τα μπισκότα Παπαδοπούλου", όπως μου είπατε, δεν απέχει "500μ. πιο κάτω", εκτός αν είναι στο ...Allou fun Park... Μαγαζί και υπάλληλοι για το τσίρκο. Υ.Γ Επανέρχομαι μετά την απάντηση σας: Ευχαριστώ γιατί από το ύφος και τη σύνταξη της απάντησης σας, αποδεικνύεται πόσο ψεύτες και αγενείς είστε όλοι εκεί μέσα. Τελικά "είχε τελειώσει μέχρι να έρθω" ή "δεν είχε ανοίξει η αποθήκη σάς" όταν σας κάλεσα για επιβεβαίωση της διαθεσιμότητας? Συγγνώμη λοιπόν και από πλευράς μου, δεν ήξερα ότι το πνευματικό σας επίπεδο στις δικαιολογίες είναι.. νηπιαγωγείου. Unacceptable. 3/5/2022. Installation services are being offered if you don't have your own installer. I don't know how their after sales support is, and I hope I don't have to find out either :D
