3 days through our summer vacation and the Villas are great. Pool, terrace, view ... is perfect. We are here for 10 more days and don't want to let it end.

Intimate and private Theese words describe best the villas Stayed at the villas for 7 nights The view is amazing. The area arround the villas is extremely quiet. Both villas have yards were you can park your car. You get all the facilities you have in your own home. Very accesible prices especialy in september The water in the pools is not heated so make sure you check the weather before booking. The villas are in the mountains, the nearest beach is a half an hour drive away but I would recommend renting a scooter to get by on the island as the roads are very narrow and hard to navigate. The hosts were great.

Before i start i would like to point out that this was our second stay in the villas. Back in 2018 they were kind of new and were looked after. The first thing that came to my mind is that back then we paid 1100€ for the same period for one of the villas. This year we paid 1600€ for it. I would like to point out that there have been NO improvements whatsoever that could be the reason for that raise. Still, as we have been there once before and were pretty much satisfied with our stay, we decided once again to spend our summer holiday there. All in all, the villas are no longer cared after. Everything is as it was when they first opened. The only difference is that things get broken with the time, especially if they are used daily. The doors could not be closed. There are not enough hangers for the towels in the bathrooms. It seems they got broken and were never replaced. Why should they? People still rent the villas despite that. The cutlery in the kitchen is very old. There was not even one cutting board that we could use. The kitchen was FULL of ants. We could not even leave our bread on the counter. It was immediately taken over by them. Not to speak about the enormous amount of wasps. One cannot sit outside as they are pretty aggressive. We had absolutely no privacy whatsoever as the owners of the villas leave just across the street. They found reasons to come in the villas several times a day every day. The most used excuse was there garden, which they decided to build on the villas’ ground. The Internet connection is very poor. The download speed was 1.2 Mbit/s. The furniture in the house is quite cheep and old. The owners surely did not invest a lot of money in it. The mattresses and the pillows were very very uncomfortable and old. We were shouted at several times by the owners, which is for me absolutely a no-go when you work with customers. To my response that we are paying so that the door to OUR villa remains closed at all times, they answered by screaming back at me that they can enter whenever they please to check on their garden or to access the engine room or whatever other reason they find. Now, we have been to many many different accommodations. We have never experienced something like this. We are extremely unsatisfied with our experience. I would not recommend the villas at any point. If you want to spend a nice relaxed holiday, do choose other villas (there are plenty on the island). However, if you do decide on the villas, just a small suggestion from my side - do NOT give them all the money up in front (this way you could leave any time). That is the first thing they ask for as soon as you arrive. Nonetheless, you never receive a receipt in return, which made me wonder whether they are not hiding taxes. Maybe the authorities should take a closer look on their books. I would say the villas are definitely not children or animal-friendly. There were also no measures taken considering the Corona Virus situation we are in since 1,5 years. Nothing was ever disinfected. To summarize it all: totally not worth the money. Would not stay here ever again even if it were for free!!!

The villa is beautiful, in a quiet area of ​​the island well connected to the beaches (reachable in 15/20 min by car) and surrounded by greenery, with an incredible view of the sea. The private pool made our vacation a magical one. There are a few things, however, that I would like to bring to the attention of the host that I believe could improve the guest experience. 1. We found the house out of stock with no commodities: there was no bottled water in the fridge and we had to buy salt, sugar, oil, spices, detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, charcoal for the bbq (products that you don't expect to have to buy for a short stay). The only thing provided in the welcome kit was a bottle of wine. Many of the things we purchased have been left in the house and I hope they will remain available to the next guests to make their stay easier. Even the dishes are insufficient: one of the reason to rent a house instead of choosing a hotel is also the possibility to have dinner together. A few more glasses for wine would be appreciated, I guess. 2. The beds are really uncomfortable, with a thin mattress and low quality pillows. Rest is a fundamental component of the holiday, although the mattress does not offer any support and the pillows seem improvised. Aside from that, and despite the massive presence of wasps especially in the morning, our stay was pleasant.

It’s the best house for me in Lefkada. Very nice and helpfully host. The house is very beautiful and I will come again every year!
