★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και είχα κάνει έρευνα αγοράς και σε άλλες ανταγωνιστικές εταιρείες ηλεκτρονικού τσιγάρου εδώ ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε κατ' αρχάς είχε συμβουλευτικό χαρακτήρα στην συνέχεια ακούραστα μου πρότεινε εναλλακτικές προτάσεις που τελικά αποφάσισα να αγοράσω κάτι που μου ταίριαζε. Μεγάλη ποικιλία και συμφέρουσες τιμές

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά μακριά μακριά!!!!Απαράδεκτοι!!!Στις 20/11/21 αγόρασα mod και ατμοποιητη από το μαγαζί τους στο μαρούσι.08/12/21 το έθεσα σε λειτουργία και δεν δούλεψε ποτέ!!!Μου ανέφεραν εγγύηση 1 μηνα.Οταν το παρέδωσα ήμουν στην εγγύηση.Η απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τους ήταν ναι οκ αλλά πρέπει να πάει σε τεχνικό έλεγχο πρώτα.Δςν γίνεται αντικατάσταση.Οκ λέω.Ακομα περιμενω τηλέφωνο τους εδώ και μια εβδομάδα.Χαρισμα σας μάγκες......στα τέτοια μου!!!!Αρκεί να μάθει το κοσμακη περί του επαγγελματισμού σας!!!!!Η φοβερή εγγύηση 1 μηνός......που δεν δούλεψε ποτέ......στις 2 εβδομάδες τους το έστειλα(εντός εγγύησης) και μου μιλάνε για επισκευή!!!!ΟΥΤΕ ΒΑΜΒΑΚΙ ΠΛΕΟΝ ΑΠΟ ΕΣΑΣ........ΑΚΟΜΑ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΩ ΤΗΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΟΥ ΣΑΣ ΤΜΗΜΑΤΟΣ???????
Far far away !!!! Unacceptable !!! On 20/11/21 I bought a mod and steamed from their store in Maroussi.08 / 12/21 I put it into operation and it never worked !!! They gave me a 1 month warranty. When I handed it over I was on warranty. Their unacceptable behavior was yes but they have to go for a technical inspection first. No replacement. Ok I say. I've been waiting for their phone for a week now. !!!! As long as Kosmaki learns about your professionalism !!!!! The awesome 1 month warranty ...... which never worked ...... in 2 weeks I sent it (within warranty) and they talk to me about repair !!!! NO COTTON FROM YOU ANYMORE ........ I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE ANSWER OF YOUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT ???????
