★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίος χώρος, οργανωμένος, εύκολη πρόσβαση, μεγάλο εύρος ωραρίου που για εμένα και το πρόγραμμα μου είναι σημαντικό, ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση και η πλειοψηφία των προπονητών που έχω κάνει μέχρι σήμερα εξαιρετικοί!
 Nice space, organized, easy access, large range of hours that for me and my program is important, courteous service and the majority of coaches I have done so far excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ καλή πρόταση εναλλακτικής εκγύμνασης έναντι του κλασικού γυμναστηρίου με βάρη. Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό, μεγάλη γκάμα ειδών εκγύμνασης, πολύ καθαρό και ωράριο που θα βολεψει τους πάντες. Το οικονομικό κομμάτι είναι ένα θέμα . Δεν είναι για όλους... δυστυχώς.
Very good proposal of alternative training compared to the classic gym with weights. Very friendly staff, wide range of fitness items, very clean and schedule that will suit everyone. The financial part is an issue. It is not for everyone ... unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο γυμναστήριο, ευγενικό προσωπικό, με καινούργιο εξοπλισμό και καταρτισμενους γυμναστές!
Επιπλέον είναι από τους λίγους χώρους που έχω επισκεφτεί και τηρούνται τα μέτρα κατά της covid στο 100%!
Very nice gym, polite staff, with new equipment and trained trainers!
In addition, it is one of the few places I have visited and the measures against covid are observed 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, friendly people, most equipment is good but some show wear and tear. Pilates instructors aren't all the same. Some are really great with energy and engaged, others seem to be going through a routine and lacking inspiration. Classes are in Greek but most instructors try with English instructions which is nice
