★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γυμναστές πρόθυμους και με γνώσεις του αντικειμένου..Ρωτάνε κάθε φορά για το αν υπάρχει οποιοσδήποτε τραυματισμός και προσαρμόζουν το πρόγραμμα ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες σου..Η γραμματεία πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει κάθε φορά και η ευγένεια είναι κάτι που συναντάς σίγουρα στο γυμναστήριο αυτό..

Επομένως δεν είναι ευέλικτο και γενικά σου δημιουργεί μια αναστάτωση στο πρόγραμμα σου.
Είναι και ο μοναδικός λόγος που δε μπορώ να συνεχίσω.
Σε γενικές γραμμές γίνεται δουλειά μιας και όλο τα παιδιά είναι επαγγελματίες.
Θα ήθελα μόνο κυρίως στο Love your Body να τηρείται το 50λεπτο. Είναι πάντα λιγότερο

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ξεκίνησε πριν 2 χρόνια με εξαιρετικές προδιαγραφές. Πεντακάθαρο, πολύ καλή οργνάνωση εξαρετικοί γυμναστές. Μετά την καραντίνα όμως υπάρχει εμφανής διαφορά. Κάνω Pilates..Με εξαίρεση τον Αποστόλη την Ειρήνη (απόγευμα) και το Σπύρο που ειναι εξαιρετικοί, συνεχώς αλλάζουν οι γυμναστές και δεν δίνεται απαραίτητη προσοχή για προστασία από τραυματισμούς με αποτέλεσμα να είμαι με σοβαρό τραυματισμό στην πλάτη... γιατί κάποιοι μπερδεύουν το pilates με το crossfit....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σίγουρα δεν θα το ξανά πρότεινα , υπαρχουν trainer που από την πρώτη μέρα που σε βλέπουν ενδιαφέρονται για τραυματισμούς η οτιδήποτε υπάρχει και θέλει προσοχή και υπαροχουν και “trainer” που η τους πεις για τραυματισμό η κάποιο θέμα υγείας επιμένουν σε ασκήσεις που δεν γίνεται να εκτελεστούν . Καθαρό , οι κοπέλες στην υποδοχή ευγενικές .
