Α	Αλεξάνδρα Τσόλκα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!!!καθώς είχαν "παγώσει" οι συνδρομές λόγω covid και το γυμναστήριο παρέμεινε κλειστό...όταν άνοιξαν πάλι ενημέρωση που είχαμε ήταν να κάνουμε ανανέωση συνδρομής για να μην χάσουμε τους ήδη πληρωμένους μήνες . Στην δική μου περίπτωση ήταν 3 μήνη . Αφού πήγα και ανανέωσα +1 μήνα (99.00 ευρώ) άρχισα πάλι.. Στο διάστημα της πρώτης εβδομάδας η έκρηξη κρουσμάτων της covid Omicron με ανάγκασε να πάρω τηλέφωνο και να ενημερώσω ότι θα ήθελα να " παγωσω" το πρόγραμμα μου γιατί έμενα με την ανιψιά μου η οποία ήταν νεογνό μόλις 4 ημερών και μετά από οδηγία του παιδιάτρου μου σύστησε για ένα διάστημα να διακόψω την δραστηριότητα του γυμναστηρίου λόγω της συχνής -καθημερινης επαφής με το μωρο. Όταν λοιπόν επικοινώνησα με το γυμναστήριο η ανταπόκριση ήταν τραγική ..η Μαρίνα (υπεύθυνη) ήταν λίαν επιεικως απαράδεκτη (τσιριζε) λαϊκά στην κοπέλα της γραμματείας να μου κλείσει το τηλέφωνο λέγοντας ότι δεν γίνεται...αφού επέμεινα όταν ηρεμήσει να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου...Τελικά επικοινώνησε προτείνοντας μου να βρω χαρτιά από γιατρούς που να γράφουν για ψευδή πάθηση μου (ψεύτικα δικαιολογητικά) για να μπορεί να μου παγώσει το πρόγραμμα.Φυσικα αρνήθηκα γιατί δεν θα χρησιμοποιούσα πότε ψεύτικους λόγους υγείας. Αναρωτιέμαι για την ασφάλεια που προσφέρουν έκτοτε!!!λυπάμαι πολύ για την εμπιστοσύνη που αρχικά έδειξα στον εν λόγω γυμναστήριο. Πανω στην αναμενόμενη απάντηση όσον αφορά την συμπεριφορά δεν περίμενα να το παραδεχτείτε...και ως προς την αναμονή για να βρεθεί τρόπος , το τηλεφώνημα έγινε αλλά για να με ρωτήσει αν θέλω να κάνει εντελώς διακοπή της συνδρομής μου , αφού δεν δέχτηκα να προσκομίσω χαρτί από γιατρό για λόγους υγείας χωρίς να έχω κάτι...Θεωρησα λέγοντας τον πραγματικό λόγο (νεογνό 4 ημερών)θα ήταν αρκετό να βρεθεί μια λύση !! Unacceptable behavior !!! as the subscriptions were "frozen" due to covid and the gym remained closed ... when they reopened the information we had was to renew the subscription so as not to lose the already paid months. In my case it was 3 months. After I went and renewed +1 month (99.00 euros) I started again .. During the first week the explosion of covid Omicron cases forced me to call and inform that I would like to "freeze" my program because I was staying with my niece which was a newborn just 4 days old and after the instruction of the pediatrician recommended for a while to stop the activity of the gym due to the frequent-daily contact with the baby. So when I contacted the gym the response was tragic ..Marina (in charge) was very indulgently unacceptable (screamed) popularly at the girl of the secretariat to hang up my phone saying that it is not possible ... since I insisted when she calmed down to contact me. ..Finally he contacted me proposing to find papers from doctors who write about my false condition (fake documents) so that my program can be frozen. Of course I refused because I would never use fake health reasons. I wonder about the safety they offer since then !!! I am very sorry for the trust I initially showed in this gym. Upon the expected response regarding the behavior I did not expect you to admit it ... and as for the wait to find a way, the phone call was made but to ask me if I want to completely stop my subscription, since I did not accept to submit a paper from a doctor for health reasons without having anything ... I thought saying the real reason (4-day-old newborn) it would be enough to find a solution !!
