Τηρούνται τα μέτρα προστασίας, ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό!
Σε βοηθάει να φτιάξεις το σώμα σου, αλλά το κυριότερο έναν καλύτερο τρόπο ζωής με τη γυμναστική μέσα σε αυτό.
It breaks away from the classic gyms. It is a personal type, with several different programs and experienced trainers.
The protection measures are observed, polite and friendly staff!
It helps you build your body, but most importantly a better lifestyle with exercise in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to train. The gymnasts are knowledgeable and take interest in everyone individually. Attend Pilates reformer and Total Make Over training sessions. Enjoyed the workout every time. The place is also very clean and the equipment are in mint condition. Suggest you have a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean place with adequate equipment for the workouts they offer (considering it is a boutique gym). Instructors are very polite and supportive, tailor made TMO workouts with small groups (lucky to go in non-peak hours,so most workouts are not crowded at all). Not giving a 5 star as i would like to have a longer TMO strength session (e.g. 45 mins instead of 30 mins) and perhaps bit more equipment for lifting weights.
