★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επιστρέψει προιόν από 16 Δεκεμβρίου. Δεν έχω λάβει ακόμη την ενημέρωση για πότε θα πιστωθεί το ποσό στην τράπεζα. Έχω καλέσει 4 φορές τηλέφωνο. Μου λένε ότι έχω δίκιο αλλά...Είναι ανακόλουθοι. Σύμφωνα με την πολιτική επιστροφών θα έπρεπε να έχω λάβει ήδη την πίστωση.
I have returned product since December 16. I have not yet received the information on when the amount will be credited to the bank. I have called 4 times. They tell me I'm right but ... They are inconsistent. According to the return policy I should have already received the credit.

• Τη μία και μοναδική φορά που συνέβη να παρουσιαστεί πρόβλημα σε σημείο κάποιου ρούχου, η εταιρεία Altex το διαχειρίστηκε εξαιρετικά. Η κυρία στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δέχτηκε, προώθησε, απάντησε άμεσα στο αίτημά μου και με καθοδήγησε στη λύση του. Σίγουρα και οι εργαζόμενοι στα υπόλοιπα πόστα θα είναι το ίδιο πρόθυμοι, ώστε να έχω εγώ τόσο άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.
• Θα ήθελα, αν και λίγες εταιρείες το συνηθίζουν, να δω και τα παντελόνια Funky Buddha να έχουν μεγέθη και ως προς το ύψος τους.

UPDATE: The order was placed, paid and confirmed on December 15th for an item that was marked as readily available on the Funky Buddha site. It took you 9 days to give it to the courier service and 6 days for the courier service to deliver it to Crete, probably due to COVID-19 additional workload. Also your company never sent me a tracking number via e-mail, as your confirmation e-mail claims you would, and you did not reply to phone calls, email and Facebook messages. I finally got the tracking number two days before the package arrived thanks to a good lady at your store in Ermou Street. So no the 1 star review is fair for the online store's customer service.
