Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Έχει μεγάλο πάρκινγκ για τους πελάτες. Αξίζει η επίσκεψη! Very nice report with details on the products. It is a large space and has all the rows of aluminum, even pergolas. The staff polite and helpful. It has a large parking lot for customers. Worth a visit!
M	Maria Kafantari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία μου με την εταιρεία ήταν πάρα πολύ άσχημη και αντιεπαγγελματική! Η οικογένειά μου τοποθέτησε κουφώματα alumil στις δύο μεζονέτες που έχτιζε. Μετά το πέρας της εργασίας, καλέσαμε εμπειρογνώμονα της ALUMIL (ο οποίος πληρώθηκε για την «πραγματογνωμοσύνη») και είπε ότι όλα έχουν τοποθετηθεί μια χαρά και ωραία! Όταν τα σπίτια κατοικήθηκαν (μετά από 4 χρόνια, διότι τότε είχαμε οικονομικά τη δυνατότητα της αποπεράτωσης), διαπιστώσαμε πολύ άσχημες κακοτεχνίες. Σε σημείο να παρουσιάζεται εισροή αέρα και νερών από τα κουφώματα!! Σε απόπειρα επικοινωνίας με την εταιρεία υπήρξε προκλητική αδιαφορία από τη διεύθυνσή της. Είχαμε απάντηση μετά από κάποιους μήνες οχλήσεων και υπό την πίεση της κοινοποίησης του ζητήματος στην Γενική Γραμματεία Προστασίας καταναλωτή! Αυτή η συμπεριφορά είναι αρχικά "αποκλεισμός επικοινωνίας" που εξελίσσεται σε "κακή επικοινωνία". Δεχτήκαμε ένα απαράδεκτο κείμενο από δικηγόρο της εταιρείας με επιθετικό ύφος και αστήρικτα επιχειρήματα. Η απάντησή μου με την λογική κατάρριψη όλων των σημείων του κειμένου, είχε ως αποτέλεσμα μια συγγνώμη προσωπικά από τον δικηγόρο, αλλά η εταιρεία συνέχισε την προκλητική της αδιαφορία. Συμπέρασμα… Η εταιρεία απέτυχε στο να προστατεύσει τον πελάτη της και να εξασφαλίσει τη σωστή εγκατάσταση, ενώ είχε πληρωθεί τόσο τα υλικά (αλουμίνια) όσο και την «πραγματογνωμοσύνη» και μετέπειτα η αντιμετώπισή της ήταν αποκλεισμός επικοινωνίας στην αρχή και απροκάλυπτο bullying στη συνέχεια. Όσο καλά και να είναι τα υλικά σας, εάν δεν συμπεριφέρεστε σωστά στους πελάτες σας, θα παραμείνετε αποτυχημένοι! My experience with the company was very bad and unprofessional! My family installed alumil frames in the two maisonettes it was building. After finishing the work, we called an ALUMIL expert (who was paid for the "expertise") and he said that everything has been placed just fine and nice! When the houses were inhabited (after 4 years, because then we had the financial possibility to finish), we found very bad defects. At a point where there is an inflow of air and water from the windows !! In an attempt to communicate with the company, there was provocative indifference from its management. We had an answer after a few months of harassment and under the pressure of notifying the matter to the General Secretariat for Consumer Protection! This behavior is initially "communication blocking" which develops into "bad communication". We received an unacceptable text from a company lawyer with an aggressive style and unsubstantiated arguments. My response with the logical overthrow of all parts of the text resulted in an apology from the lawyer personally, but the company continued its provocative indifference. Conclusion εταιρεία The company failed to protect its customer and ensure the correct installation, while both the materials (aluminum) and the "expertise" had been paid and then its treatment was a blockade of communication at the beginning and overt bullying afterwards. No matter how good your materials are, if you do not treat your customers properly, you will fail!
