★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I booked through Thomas Cook Flexible Trips and arrived at 1am to be shown a poky single room with 2 flights of external stairs. We had booked 2 self-catering studios but only 1 was available-their fault.There were 2 single very low beds,a small table and NO BATHROOM. There was a small alcove with a toilet and shower tray but no shower curtain. There were no easy chairs- in fact it was primative.
As it was a flexi holiday there was no rep to help us and after phoning UK we were told to find our own accomodation!!!! This took the rest of the day. I have spent 8 weeks trying to claim back the cost of 380 euros and after 2 letters 3 Emails and 7 phone calls they have offered me £273.
Beware of Flexi Holidays and these "appartments"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best apartments/studios, so clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are gorgeous and clean as is the pool bar with a great atmosphere and excellent staff. Great family around place would highly recommend. It’s also close to all the amenities two minutes walk to a beautiful beach and 10 minutes to the strip on the central part of Sidari. Absolutely brilliant
