Amari Villa Kefalonia Greece | Luxury Villas in Spartia - Spartia

Honestly? Where do I start?We stayed at Villa Amari for 2 weeks this September. It is a truly beautiful villa nestling on a hill amongst olive groves with the most spectacular views of the Ionian Sea across to Zakynthos . It's a 10 minute walk across the olive groves up into the delightful village of Spartia. In the village there are 2 general stores (small but have everything you may need), 2 coffee shops/bars (Cubic was our favourite) and a lovely friendly restaurant (Cavos Liakis) all located around a small village square. The local beach is walkable and there are a couple more restaurants/bars very close to the beach. We chose to drive about 3 km to a beautifully secluded and deserted beach (Paliolinos). The villa itself is perfect. It is modern, it is light, it is exceptionally well equipped, the pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained.I mostly dealt with Dina (one of the owners), she too was utterly amazing. She could not have been more helpful. She answered all my enquiries very quickly and very helpfully. In fact I came to think of her more as a friend than as the villa's owner.I cannot recommend this villa/home more highly. I shall definitely be returning. Our experience was "just what the doctor ordered!"...pure relaxation.

Villa with Amazing Views. We stayed in Aug 2013 - family of 5 We arrived at the villa and were greeted by the managers of the villa. They showed us around the villa and ensured we had everything we needed. As we arrived at the villa the first thing we show was the large inviting pool, just wanted to jump in. The Villa is of a high standard and benefits from excellent sea and mountain views. Situated in a peaceful location but close enough to amenities and restaurants. The interior rooms are all good sizes and well finished. The pool and garden area is lovely with the benefit of a pergola and barbeque area which has good lighting for use at night. The facilities within the villa were just right, everything that was needed for day to day was available. The pool is a great size for those who want to relax and chill. The pool was cleaned everyday before we were even up. Overall we had a fantastic time in Kefalonia and would recommend a stay at the Amari Villa.

Perfect and a whole lot more!This villa really is perfect, you don't want for anything at all during your stay. The villa is superbly equipped with really comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture with uniterrrupted beautiful views all around the property.You can just sit out on the Balconies or by the the pool without getting tired of those wonderful views.It is quiet, peaceful and so relaxing, whilst being close to the capital of Kefalonia and some beautiful beaches. The local taverna and mini-market make you feel so at home.If you don't believe us, try for yourselves, we are booking again for Next Year. A little peace of paradise, which for two weeks of the year we can call our home!

Situated a short distance from Kefalonia International Airport and the Capital Argostoli. This superb large private villa has made our family holiday uniquely memorable! The wonderful and well-kept gardens, the large private pool, the uninhibited sea and mountain views just some of its major advantages, and enjoyed the privacy, beauty and serenity to the fullest. The pool is gated so great for family with young children, giving safety and peace of mind. The Villa is only a short walk to the Spartia beach and the village square. Inside, the villa is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, large dining area and lounge, all helping with making a fantastic holiday. Many wonderful beaches are close by, we were spoilt for choice. The large pool and the BBQ area are just made for relaxing. We had an Amazing experience and will be returning soon. We would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a family holiday, 3-genration vacation or celebrating that special occasion.

We had the best time at your Kefalonia villa in Spartia! It was exactly what we were looking for and wanted in a Greek Holiday - plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax, beautiful views, and great amenities. We were three generations family, really enjoyed spending time by the pool, cooking meals on the BBQ, and taking walks around the area. The pool was beautiful and perfect for swimming, playing games and just relaxing. The interior of the villa was fabulous, spacious living , dining & kitchen with ample room for all of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable and just perfect for us. The balconies leading from the bedrooms just opened up to the breath-taking views of the Ionian sea and the mountains, very difficult to tear one’s self away from. We hired a car to visit the many wonderful beaches and historical sites in Kefalonia. Everywhere we went the people of Kefalonia were so welcoming and accommodating. The food was lovely and fresh in all the restaurants we ate. We visited Argostoli to see the turtles, shop and enjoy the nightlife. Assos was our favourite place to visit, beautiful cove, with the venetian castle. Kefalonia has lots to do and see too much to mention here and do in just one holiday. An extremely well appointed, comfortable villa which we shared with all our family - 3 generations . Beautiful views and grounds. The pool was amazing. Lovey smallish beach nearby and excellent tavernas within a short drive away. A wonderful holiday with lots of happy memories made. Thank you for letting us stay.

The pool's the perfect spot to cool off, while the private gardens and five spacious bedrooms provide the perfect retreat after a long day exploring. It has everything I need to relax and unwind in style. It's a vacation of a lifetime at Amari Villa!

This was our second stay at the villa and it is even better than we remember from our first visit. This villa is simply stunning with fabulous views of the Mount Aenos, the Ionian sea and beyond. A truly luxury villa with 5 star treatment!! Everything has been well thought out and you have everything you need for a villa. The infinity pool is just divine made for pure relaxation. A well equipped kitchen with everything one would require, a spacious lounge and very comfortable bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by Olive groves making for a very tranquil setting. The hosts were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. Anything we required they helped from arranging in-house chef to celebrate a special occasion, to a family boat trip. Amari Villa is only a short drive from the airport and the many wonderful places/beaches in Kefalonia, making it an ideal base for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend this villa experience to anyone wishing to visit the island of Kefalonia. You could not ask for more!! Simply amazing. We will be returning soon for our third stay.
