Και ασφαλώς έχω προπονηθεί στο χώρο. Caribbean Beat, Δυναμικά προγράμματα, Personal training... Ό,τι ζητήσεις... Όσα και να πω θα είναι λίγα... Πρέπει να το ζήσεις! Όλα με την προσωπική φροντίδα και τη φιλική διάθεση του Saer. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιο επίπεδο φυσικής κατάστασης κι αν βρίσκεσαι. Υπάρχει πάντα το κατάλληλο πρόγραμμα για να ξεκινήσεις ή να προχωρήσεις! I have strong feelings connected with the place and with my friend Saer Jose! For many years I have lived the Gym, the events, the parties ... And of course I have trained on the field. Caribbean Beat, Dynamic programs, Personal training ... Whatever you ask ... Whatever I say will be few ... You have to live it! All with the personal care and friendly mood of Saer. I highly recommend it to any level of fitness you are in. There is always the right program to get you started or move on!
