P	PaTRiCK Drd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ αγορα πλυντηριο πιατων απ την 1η μερα ειχε προβλημα με το στεγνωμα, δεν στεγνωνε καθολου, τους πηρα τηλ, ηρθε τεχνικος, εκατσε και το ειδε και μετα απο λιγες μερες ηρθαν και το πηραν, μετα απο 2,5 βδομαδες χωρις καμια ενημερωση, πηρα εγω τηλ και μου ειπαν οτι θα με ενημερωσουν, με πηραν μετα απο κανα 2 μερες και μου ειπαν οτι ηταν ετοιμο, εγινε αλλαγη πλακετας και "κατι αλλο", τελικα ομως παλι κουλα μου κανει: την 1η φορα δεν εκλεινε η πορτα με τιποτα, την επομενη ενω του ρυθμιζω να ανοιγει η πορτα καθε φορα, δεν ανοιξε και το καλυτερο, ενω ξεκινησε να πλενει, σταματησε μετα απο λιγο, ανοιξε και την πορτα και.. αραξε.. ? τα προβήματα δυστυχώς συνεχίζονται (τα κουμπιά δεν είναι εφικτό να πατηθούν, η πόρτα είτε δεν κλείνει ή δεν ανοίγει κλπ), μου έχουν αλλάξει ήδη 2 φορές πλακέτα, έχουν έρθει 3 φορές τεχνικοί και μετά από το τελευταίο τηλεφώνημά μου, όπου και ζήτησα είτε αντικατάσταση του πλυντηρίου ή επιστροφή χρημάτων, ώστε να αγοράσω κάποιο άλλο και να σταματήσω να ταλαιπωρούμαι, η απάντησή τους ήταν για πολλοστή φορά να έρθει τεχνικός, μακρυα παιδια, έχω κουραστεί να δέχομαι επισκέψεις τεχνικών για κάτι που δεν φαίνεται δυνατό να λειτουργήσει.. Τα χειρότερα πράγματα πουλάνε.πλυντηριο πιάτων δύο χρόνων έχεις κάψει 2 φορές πλακέτα και στη τρίτη ένα μήνα εκτός εγγύησης μου είπαν θα το πληρώσω.θα το κάνω κοτέτσι αλλά δε θα τη ξανά πατήσω Away. Πλυντήριο πιάτων morris 10ετιας διαθέσιμο καλάθι αυθημερόν από το κατάστημα . Το πλυντήριο πιάτων ανθεκτικότατο 365 χρήσεις τον χρόνο !!! Flawless communication and service from both the reception and the spare parts department ... 10 year old morris dishwasher basket available the same day from the store. The dishwasher is very durable 365 uses per year !!!
z	zax9137 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανεπαρκής τεχνική υποστήριξη για κλιματιστικό F&U. Εγγύηση 2 χρόνια - επίσκεψη τεχνικού 30€. Δουλεύει για λίγο και μετά βγάζει την ένδειξη Ε4. Οι τεχνικοί της εταιρείας δεν γνωρίζουν τι μπορεί να φταίει (?). Υποθέτουν πτώση τάσεως <220V. Στην ίδια πολυκατοικία όλα τα άλλα aircondition πλην του F&U δουλεύουν κανονικά! Insufficient technical support for F&U air conditioner. Warranty 2 years - technician visit 30 €. It works for a while and then shows the E4. The company's technicians do not know what could be wrong (?). Assume voltage drop <220V. In the same building, all other air conditioners except F&U work normally!
a	athina filakouridi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι.Απο τις 12 Απριλίου με ταλαιπωρούν με ένα φουρνάκι Morris.Ειναι στην εγγύηση κ το μάτι της κουζίνας ανοίγει μόνο του.Το παρέλαβα μόλις χθες κ το έβαλα σε λειτουργία.Το πρόβλημα παραμένει το ίδιο κ χειρότερο.Αμφιβαλλω αν ασχολήθηκαν κιόλας.Τους πρότεινα να μου το αντικαταστησουν.Δεν γίνεται λέει τηλεφωνικώς.Κ πως γίνεται;Αυτοί στη Θεσσαλονίκη κ εγώ στη Ρόδο.... Γιατί κοροϊδεύουν τον κόσμο; Εκτός του ότι δεν μπορώ να μαγειρέψω....είναι επικίνδυνο....να κοιμόμαστε κ να ανάβει η κουζίνα; Τελικά ευθύνη ποιος έχει;ο Κωτσόβολος δεν έχει λέει....ο Αμοιρίδης δεν έχει ..άρα;μάλλον εμείς πού το αγοράσαμε...
