★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση μέσω τηλεφώνου αλλά το ανταλλακτικό γιατί πλυντήριο πιάτων που πήραμε έσπασε αμέσως. Ευτυχώς με πατέντα βρήκαμε λύση αλλά δυστυχώς δεν είμαι τόσο ευχαριστημένος με την όλη κατάσταση...
Τέλος θέλαμε μια κουταλοθήκη και παρόλο που πήγα με τα συρτάρια/καλάθια εκεί έπρεπε να τους πιέσω για με βοηθήσουν.. ευτυχώς πάλι βρήκαμε λύση...
Ίσως σκεφτούμε να πάρουμε Morris στο μέλλον.. η 10ετής εγγύηση στο μοτέρ δεν μου λέει πλέον τίποτα!
Good service by phone but the spare part because the dishwasher we got broke immediately. Fortunately we found a solution with a patent but unfortunately I am not so happy with the whole situation ...
Finally we wanted a spoon holder and although I went with the drawers / baskets there I had to push them to help me .. fortunately we found a solution again ...
Maybe we are thinking of getting Morris in the future .. the 10 year warranty on the engine says nothing to me anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από τν αντιπροσωπεία!!!! Και στα συν των προϊόντων της ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ν επισημαίνεται κι αυτό....όταν απ αντιπ/πεια των Αθηνών πέρυσι ταλαιπωρηθηκα 1 μήνα κ μ αλλεπάλληλα τηλεφωνήματα ☹τα εύσημα φυσικά ΚΑΙ στην κυρία της υποδοχής!!!! σας ευχαριστώ....
