Modern und mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Zwei Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Sauber und unkompliziert.

Posto magnifico! Ho trascorso una tappa della mia vacanza a Creta in questa villa e in questo posto magnifico. Il luogo merita proprio di essere visitato. Bisogna arrivarci apposta percorrendo una strada che passa sulle montagne e si affaccia poi sulla vallata e sul mare in maniera panoramica. La villa, che fa parte di un mini complesso con tre 2 case più piccole, si trova proprio all'inizio del paese, a circa 300 metri dal mare. Volendo c'è una piccola strada che porta alla spiaggia, tra l'altro il punto più bello della bella spiaggia di sabbia finissima e dotata. L'acqua è cristallina e bassa per un Po, l'ideale per i bambini. Se preferite muovervi in macchina ci sono altre 3 spiagge che si trovano trovano proprio costeggiando la spiaggia sulla destra. Molto belle anche per fare snorkeling. La villa al suo interno e arredata con gusto e in maniera essenziale. Gli spazi non sono enormi, ma giusti. Ci sono 2 camere da letto, di cui una con un grande terrazzo, con un bagno al piano di sopra. Al piano di sotto l'altro bagno con la lavatrice, la cucina, dotata anche di lavastoviglie, salottino con grande tv e poi il balconcino che di affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla Baia. Grande disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Sicuramente un posto dove ci potrei tornare e che consiglierei

Fantastic place! Exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful, clean and well appointed villa with a rare unobstructed view of the sea. The drive down the mountain isn't for the faint hearted, but it's absolutely worth it and the views are unbelievable. You must have a car as this area is fairly untouched, meaning the couple restaurants and mini marts available are a few minutes drive (too far and hilly in the heat!). But you'll want a car anyway to explore breathtaking and otherworldly beaches, mountains and gorges in the surrounding areas, all within 1 hour drive. In the immediate area, Xerokampos, the beaches are unspoilt and you can find endless coves to have all to yourself. The host, Alex, was responsive and attentive and very accommodating. Cristina, who is usually on site, was extraordinarily kind and helpful and, as a local, gave us all the best tips. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to find this place, such beauty, seclusion and unspoilt nature is a rare find these days. We will absolutely be going back.
