+ Amazing sea view. + Very close to bars and restaurants (5-7. Mimutes walk) + Nice bed - In the upper rooms the is too much noise due to traffic even during the night - The upper rooms are very old - Wrecked or damaged items in the bathroom - Old fashion rooms (upper rooms)

I've been there for 4 nights,with full packed family. Rent a 2 room bedroom.Some words for the site first.Build in the foothill of Batsi a complex of buildings with contemporary architecture. Place is not brand new, but very well positioned. View is spectacular (you have to pay extra to have it though) . Clean Clean and very well preserved clean. Some minor defects on furniture due to time and financial crisis , but overall the experience was magnificent. Facilities was upon my inquiry (extra infant bed was provided). Only small minus was the size of the bathroom but this wasn't something so crucial. Parking spaces did exist but sometimes was a little difficult to settle.On the back of the independent rooms was a traditional coble stairy passage that was going down to Batsi center, inside the trees and plants. A small paradise in the heart of Batsi. Kids also found it good for playing and running round and round.Piece and tranquility apart with Aegean breeze was perfect for relaxation after all day swim and sightseens. I liked it a lot and suggest it.

A great service from all the people. Needs some minor improvements and will definitely get a 5 star. I would surely recommend it. You are in town close to everything within 5 Min walk.

+ Well priced. Well located, near to the beach and commercial centre. Great view from the room. Friendly staff. - Cleaning policy could be better. Damaged air conditioner . Poor soundproofing. Bad sleep quality (noise, bad matress, high temperature due to lack of airconditioning).

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο υπήρχε ψυγείο, κλιματιστικό, κουζίνα, καλό μπάνιο, ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο του νησιού μόνο λίγα βήματα, κοντά σε πολλά πράγματα, ωραία διαρρύθμιση... Υπέροχο Πολλές σκάλες ?,αλλά ήταν ωραίο

A very unpleasant experience. First of all, we arrived there at around 11:00 PM which is the usual time for check in and we were informed that we had to wait 3 and a half hours at 37 degrees to prepare our room, although they knew that we were coming. They did the same with the rest of the guests that they were waiting with us. We were told to come back at 14:00 and when we did , we had to wait for an extra half an hour to get the keys.No one apologised and on the contrary, they got rude and annoyed when we told them that they said 14:00 and the room was still not ready. Finally, when we got the keys, there was another unpleasant surprise... The room was smelling of mould and it was very dirty. They were spider webs everywhere and when we wiped the kitchen table, the tissue was black. The shower was very small and tall. We were trying to get in and out like we were competing for the Olympics bad many times we nearly slipped while we were trying to get out. Every day, we were killing various bugs and the smell in the bathroom it was like it had never been cleaned before. We asked to be cleaned again but that did not change much. The air conditioners did not work properly and they were very old and poorly maintained. There was no printer available and the total behaviour of the owners was not professional at all. It was the feeling in the whole place that the owners just opened the guest house, cleaned it superficially and started to cash out money. They did not applogise for the delay and they were not much welcoming. The only positive about the room was the location and the lovely coffee shop next to it.

The location is great, very close to center of Batsi. Our room had amazing view to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were offered a change of room because the bed was squeaky but they fixed it at some point. Some rooms need renovation though, the furniture are a bit old, the bathroom was really small. The room was clean enough, but they changed sheets, towels and cleaned the bathroom once every other day. The room wasn't soundproof and you could hear the sound through the main door and balcony - I think they are small changes that could really upgrade the apartments. It's a value for money choice though, considering we spent most time at the beach

Room was old and ragged, it had the basic necessities, a fridge and a small balcony. Totally different than the ones shown on the photos of the booking sites. Seemed way too expensive for what is offered.
