★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful garden with ecosocial awareness, pasta straws, herbal teas from the garden, organic food. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Special events are held all year round. Today we were hosted with schools without frontiers and flying dolphin for our improvised little theater presentation. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cool place with a small collection of the island's local fauna. nothing too out of the ordinary, there's drinks and snacks available, as well as a herb lab where people can contribute to the project by buying herbs like thyme and sage locally harvested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is magical. We came to see a greek movie with english subtitles "under the stars cinema" and had very good time. Bartenders are very friendly and drinks are unique, very creative. You can feel and teste herbs in all drinks. I would say this place is a must while in Amorgos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Youngsters did great job.. they collect local herbs distill them and sell oils...herb teas... botanic park is good example of tree species from Amorgos..please be aware this region is having very dry season in last years...
They serve variety of herbal teas.. salads..good place for breakfast.. they offer free live concert on Friday evenings..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amorgos Botanical Park is open every day: 09.00 to 15.00 & 17.00 to 23.00.
It is a small botanic garden in the heart of Katapola, deticated to the special flora of Amorgos island and the Cyclades. In the garden is located: an outdoor cafe that serves herbal drinks and breakfast with organic local products, the herbal lab where products with local herbs are produced and several events take place (music concerts, theatricals, workshops, exhibitions, yoga lessons etc.).
ABP is a private project created by Amorgos Collaboration S.C.E., it is open from May to October, the entrance is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much of a botanical park. Kind of deserted, with spider webs on the plants / flowers, not even close the European Standards the place claims to be. The cafe/ bar however, looks like a good option for an early cocktail or a hearty breakfast. The place is easy to reach, just a few metres from the port.
