★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all ok. Ice cream is too sweet, at the level it jeopardize the actual flavor. I had a waffle, quite disappointing they don’t make it there, but pre-made out a package.
The service is very good, great friendly, the shop is all nice designed and they have quite a variety of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service. All the tables were left with empty bottles and ice cream cups from previous costumers. The PR lady in charge was all the time texting and gossiping on the phone. When I asked to sit in the ONLY clean table I was told rudly that it was hers and she asked me to sit at the back side were the trash bin was along side a municipality truck. Highly Not recommending

There is a broad selection of ice creams and sweets. We had about 8 of the ice creams across all of them were simply sensational!!!
Staff members even took the time to sterilize utensils for my children with allergies!
Very strong recommend from me!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their ice cream is always nice for us but this time the lady made mistakes to our flavor requests. They gave my husband one flavor short (which he did requested), then he went to tell the staff about it. They threw the old cup and made a completely new one which was nice but unnecessary. Then I realized mine was also one flavor short so I went to tell the lady (it's not the same lady this time that helped me before). The lady then told me that she did not see that, that I had one flavor short because I ate some already. And she repeated twice that she did not see it! It was clear that she thinks we are lying for more ice-cream. Bad service attitude! AlI I just wanted to have what I have paid for. And it's clearly their mistakes but made us looked like some greedy customers. Unacceptable experience!
