Λεπτομερής ενημέρωση μετά τη παραγγελία, ταχύτητα στην αποστολή (30 ώρες μετά, εν μέσω του χαμού που γίνεται στις αποστολές λόγω φόρτου παραγγελιών, τα whiskies ήταν στη πόρτα μου στην Αθήνα!!!), προσεγμένη συσκευασία και όλα αυτά στις καλύτερες τιμές της αγοράς. Μπράβο παιδιά, συνεχίστε τη καλή δουλειά!
Everything is perfect. Detailed information after the order, speed in the shipment (30 hours later, in the middle of the mess in the shipments due to the order load, the whiskeys were at my door in Athens !!!), careful packaging and all this at the best market prices. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Οταν η ACS προκάλεσε πρόβλημα-ζημιά (και καθυστέρηση) στην παραγγελία, με το που ειδοποίησα τα παιδιά του Ampulla, μου έστειλαν πακέτο αντικατάστασης και ανέλαβαν αυτοί τα περαιτέρω.
5 αστέρια, θα ξαναψωνίσω από το κατάστημα τους σίγουρα.
