★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην καρδιά μου πάντα θα υπάρχει ένα ειδικό μέρος για αυτόν τον χώρο και την Κατερίνα! Ήταν η πρώτη μου επαφή με την γιόγκα πριν χρόνια και ομολογώ ότι έθεσε τον πήχη πολύ ψηλά, γιατί σπάνια βρίσκεις αυτήν την ποιότητα!
Πάντα σε εγρήγορση στην διάρκεια του μαθήματος να διορθώσει την στάση του σώματος και να σε ξεκλειδώσει με μια κουβέντα ώστε να πας ακόμα πιο βαθιά στην πρακτική. Η yoga nidra καταπληκτική εμπειρια στο τέλος του μαθήματος για να ηρεμήσεις και να παρατηρήσεις τις αλλαγές στο σώμα.
Είμαι σίγουρη ότι και οι υπόλοιποι δάσκαλοι του χώρου θα είναι υπέροχοι!
 In my heart there will always be a special place for this place and Katerina! It was my first contact with yoga years ago and I confess that it set the bar very high, because you rarely find this quality!
Always be alert during the lesson to correct the posture and unlock you with a conversation to go even deeper into the practice. Yoga nidra is an amazing experience at the end of the lesson to calm down and notice the changes in the body.
I'm sure the rest of the teachers in the field will be great too!
