★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In August 2019 we reserved rooms at Anamar Kea, a different property run by Anamar Hotels & Resorts. We requested a refund in accordance with their refund policy but have still not received it 5 months later. All our calls and emails have been to no avail and we keep on getting excuses as to why the refund has not been issued. We reserved the rooms for our wedding guests and many of them have also been struggling to get refunds for cancelled bookings and have been forced to file chargebacks.
Be very careful with this company as they have no problem stealing your money.

The room we were given didn't fall short of our expectations as it was immaculately clean and looked exactly like what we had seen at the site photos (standard double room). Breakfast comprised a good variety of products. The hotel beach just opposite the building was quite nice too and there was no extra charge for the umbrella and sunbeds provided. All staff members were friendly and more than willing to help. The star missing has to do with the pool which was too small and not that enticing. Length of stay: 3 nights (July 2020)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor facilities for its price. There was a discreet smell of mold in the bathroom but also the shower faucet and pigale where all rusty. Makeup stains where found in the fresh towels and our food order at the beach bar was replaced three times because of the bad cooking. There is potential for improvement but definitely not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel twice as koundouros is the most beautiful area in the island. I am sorry to report that this year we had 3 nights without air conditioning so that we never slept for the incredible heat. They neither repaired the device nor offered a discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location. The breakfast buffet was cosy and every day with different plates. The room was very big and we would like to thank the team for the coplimentary wine and fruits that they send us for my birthday. Thank you all, for sure this will become our second home in Greece.
