Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΗΣ ΠΑΠΑΧΑΤΖΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόνο ιδιωτική κλινική δεν θα έπρεπε να λέγεται. Χειρότερη και από το χειρότερο δημόσιο νοσοκομείο. Το προσωπικό αγενέστατο. Τεράστια καθυστέρηση. Πήγα Κυριακή μεσημέρι τον γιο μου για ακτινογραφία στη μύτη μετά από ατύχημα. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε χειριστής για το μηχάνημα. Περιμέναμε 1 ώρα να έρθει μια νοσηλεύτρια η οποία υποτίθεται πως ήταν εφημερία και θα ερχόταν αμέσως. Μετά δεν είχαν internet να στείλουν την ακτινογραφία στον δικο μου ΩΡΥΛΑ για γνωμάτευση (εννοείται πως δεν υπήρχε ακτινολόγος ιατρός στην κλινικη). Τόλμησα να κάνω παράπονα γιατί είχαμε καθυστερήσει πάρα πολύ και πραγματικά ο τρόπος και το ύφος με το οποίο μου μίλησαν ήταν σαν να ήμουν εγκληματίας. Πήγα εκεί για γρήγορα διότι αν είχε κάταγμα στην μύτη ο μικρός θα έπρεπε να γίνει άμεσα ανάταση. Ούτε απ έξω άλλη φορά. Only a private clinic should not be called. Worse than the worst public hospital. The staff is rude. Huge delay. I went to my son for a nose x-ray on Sunday afternoon after an accident. There was no operator for the machine either. We waited for 1 hour for a nurse to come who was supposed to be on duty and would come immediately. Then they did not have the internet to send the x-ray to my ENTY for an opinion (of course there was no radiologist in the clinic). I dared to complain because we were too late and really the way and the way they spoke to me was like I was a criminal. I went there quickly because if the little one had a broken nose he should be lifted immediately. Not from outside again.
M	MARIA MICHOPOULOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση!!! Και στα εξωτερικά ιατρεία και στο ακτινολογικο... Πήγα με την μητέρα μου . Τηρούν όλα τα μέτρα και βοηθούν πολύ ώστε ο ασθενής να αισθάνεται άνετα. Πραγματικά τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια για την ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά τους. Εάν έχετε οποιαδήποτε πρόβλημα υγείας μην διστάσετε να το επισκεφτείτε. Θα σας φροντίσουν με πολύ καλό επιστημονικό προσωπικό και τον πιο σύγχρονο ιατρικό εξοπλισμό. Αισθάνομαι πολύ τυχερή που τους έχουμε στην πόλη μας... Σας ευχαριστούμε να είστε πάντα καλά όλοι σας για να μας φροντίζετε...!!!!!!! Flawless and prompt service !!! Both in the outpatient clinics and in the radiology ... I went with my mother. They follow all the measures and help a lot so that the patient feels comfortable. They really deserve congratulations for their human behavior. If you have any health problems do not hesitate to visit it. They will take care of you with very good scientific staff and the most modern medical equipment. I feel very lucky to have them in our city ... Thank you for always being well all of you to take care of us ... !!!!!!!

Από τον προχειρουργικό έλεγχο ως το χειρουργείο την επόμενη και την αναχώρησή μου δε βρίσκω κάτι το αρνητικό. Πρώτον ένιωσα ασφάλεια από covid , όλη η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν γρήγορη και το προσωπικό αν και νέοι όλοι, από νοσηλευτικό ως και γιατροί, ήταν εξαιρετικοί, επιστήμονες, με ωραίο τρόπο που προσωπικά ,ως ασθενής ασυνόδευτος γιατί απαγορεύεται, ένιωσα άνετα και όλα πήγαν καλά. Μπράβο σε όλα τα τμήματα και ευχαριστώ το Ιατρό μου και τους νοσηλευτές του χειρουργικού ορόφου. My experience at the Clinic was the best. I went in urgently for cholectomy surgery. From the pre-surgical examination to the surgery the next day and my departure I do not find anything negative. At first I felt safe from covid, all the service was fast and the staff although young all, from nursing to doctors, were excellent, scientists, in a nice way that personally, as a patient unaccompanied because it is forbidden, I felt comfortable and everything went well. Well done to all the departments and thank you to my Doctor and the nurses on the surgical floor.
