good overall, but not possibility to wait at the reception in case your ferry gets delayed or smth similar...

Very clean well presented however the WiFi wasn't very reliable and the power went out at 5am on our first night, usually this wouldn't be much of an issue but it meant the aircon went off and a security light in the room came on so we couldn't sleep

Location good, room was modern and tidy. Found stairs up to the room difficult to carry luggage which were not helped by manager.

Very friendly greetings from the fellow who booked us in. The reception is not always open, but the mobile phone # is posted and he arrives in 5 minutes. Any of our requests were quickly taken care of. The suite was clean, with modern updates. A wonderful bathroom with a rain head shower Our room had a spacious balcony with a view of the ocean. There is a tiny kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, waffle iron & dishes. As we found in other Greek rooms, there is no corkscrew for your wine. Travellers tend not to carry one due to airline restrictions. We received, without asking, the very reasonable “off season” rate. The suites are a few minutes walking distance away from all one needs in Naxos: the ferry & bus terminals, restaurants, beaches, shopping, the castle & museum, but far enough away from the sometimes noisy main harbour stretch.

Be careful you won’t get SCAMMED! We contacted the Hotel a week before we arrived via Booking and asked if they could partially refund us as we had to leave earlier to attend a funeral. They didn’t even answer our request and ignored us. When we called the owner said that we could talk about it “when we arrived”. Once there he told us that the only option, he could offer us a discount is for us to PAY CASH ONLY WITHOUT RECEIVING A RECEIPT, and he would tell Booking that we never arrived and that he would not charge us. When we asked if there could be another way he said that we needed to trust him. The next day we wanted to pay for our stay and he changed his mind saying that he was only able to give us a discount of 30€, but still wanted cash. When we told him that we would only pay by credit card and that everything should be via Booking he said fine but that he would give us the receipt the next day. When we checked out the next morning he acted like he forgot about the receipt and only gave us one when we asked. Besides that the Hotel was ok, more like a Motel. If you intend to stay avoid Sundays because there is a church right next to the property and I have never been woken up by such a loud sound, the church bells ring every hour starting in the early mornings. Reception is a most always unattended/closed if you need anything you can contact them over WhatsApp but they take a whole day to answer.

Affordable, clean, great location and good service. I have nothing bad to say about my stay there.

Hotel amenities listed online (on both Booking.com and their own website) are inaccurate. No airport transfer, no washing machine/dryer, other amenities only upon request, etc. Owner or manager is also the only front desk person and he may have another job, as he would open the front desk at odd hours for only a small amount of time each day. Insisted you contact him on "WhatsApp" which took 8+ hours to get a response. I was so disappointed about the discrepancies between their description of the hotel and reality that I left after only one night.

We were in the apartment in the first week of Mai. We enjoyed it a lot! The owner was very friendly and helpful! The apartment was clean and kept clean! On several days we had a change of towels! Thank a lot for a really nice stay! Rob and Mariëtta
