t	taylor smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλες οι κοπέλες ευγενικές και με γνώση του αντικειμένου τους. Στον καθαρισμό προσώπου έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Στο λέιζερ ωστόσο απογοητεύτηκα αρκετά. Ενώ είχα ξεκινήσει με μια συγκεκριμένη κοπέλα και πήγαιναν όλα μεθοδικά, η κοπέλα αυτή σταμάτησε να δουλεύει εκεί και από εκεί και πέρα χάθηκε η μπάλα. Ενώ έκλεινα τα ραντεβού μου άμεσα, κατέληγα κάθε φορά να με αναλαμβάνει νέα κοπέλα η οποία δεν είχε ιδέα πόσες συνεδρίες έχω κάνει και σε τι σημείο βρίσκομαι. Ακόμα και όταν φτάσαμε τις 10 συνεδρίες δεν πήρα ποτέ απάντηση ως προς το πόσες συνεδρίες θα χρειαστώ ακόμα, έστω και κατά προσέγγιση. Αποκορύφωμα το τελευταίο ραντεβού που ενώ η προηγούμενη κοπέλα μου είχε πει ότι πλέον μπαίνουμε στη φάση της συντήρησης άρα θα πηγαίνω πιο αραιά και θα διαμορφωθεί και η τιμή αντίστοιχα, στην επόμενη συνεδρία ήταν αλλη κοπέλα που δεν έλαβε τίποτα από αυτά υπόψη και μου έκλεισε επόμενο ραντεβού στο ίδιο χρονικό διάστημα με την ίδια ακριβώς χρέωση χωρίς να απαντάει στα ερωτήματα μου. Γενικά είναι κρίμα να υπάρχει τέτοια έλλειψη οργάνωσης για κάτι τόσο απλό, ειδικά εφόσον υπάρχει καρτέλα που ξεκαθαρίζει τα πράγματα και τα ραντεβού κλείνονται ένα με δύο μήνες πριν άρα υπάρχει χρόνος. 12 συνεδρίες αργότερα δεν έχω ιδέα αν έχει λειτουργήσει όντως σωστά το λειζερ και πόσες συνεδρίες θα χρειαστώ ακόμα, ενώ η αρχική ενημέρωση ήταν πως θα χρειαστούν 8-10 συνεδρίες. All the girls are polite and knowledgeable about their subject. In facial cleansing I was completely satisfied. In the laser, however, I was quite disappointed. While I was starting with a specific girl and everything was going methodically, this girl stopped working there and from there on the ball was lost. As I booked my appointments immediately, each time I ended up being taken over by a new girl who had no idea how many sessions I had done and where I was. Even when we got to the 10 sessions I never got an answer as to how many sessions I would still need, albeit approximately. The highlight of the last appointment is that while the previous girlfriend had told me that we are now entering the maintenance phase so I will go thinner and the price will be adjusted accordingly, in the next session there was another girl who did not take any of them into account and made my next appointment at the same time with the exact same charge without answering my questions. It is generally a pity that there is such a lack of organization for something so simple, especially since there is a tab that clarifies things and appointments are closed one to two months before so there is time. 12 sessions later I have no idea if the laser really worked properly and how many sessions I will still need, while the initial update was that it will take 8-10 sessions.

It is ridiculous. ?ans she suggested that l should send mail my blood test results them, but nobody will reply to me again ?? they just talking about money, nobody cares you. never go to this place, because temper is not for good your skin ? !!!!!

The whole procedure was hard to bear for my skin as they used 2 lasers, first one was fractional. Months before that session I had done other 2 sessions at another clinic that uses the same laser, but without fractional function and I had absolutely no scars from there, and the healing was much faster. Tzouma clinic staff was nice and polite, but that doesn't compensate for the fact that I have to live with theese scars from now on. I haven't done any other laser session since then because I was hoping for the scars to fade away first, but that did not happen. I'm very dissapointed.

Attention to every single detail, spotless clean, great ambience and professionalism as it should be. This clinic is simply raising the standard to a completely different level. Dr.Tzouma is extremely professional and knowledgable with a humble approach. Possibly the best dermatologist I have ever met. I’m definitely going back for the ELEMIS and the Augustinus Bader facials and I shopped some great iS Clinical products. No second thoughts, just book an appointment for your skin health.
