ALERT!!! The worst hotel ever!!! I am a Google local guide level six! It is the first time I give a bad review! I ve been to hostels airbnbs, luxury hotels and this is by far the WORST ! It is a nightmare.... Room 7 , no air-conditioning, they were lying all the time they will bring control, dirty, old room, I believe they have renewed some rooms and that is why they have some good reviews...

I spent 10 days in this place with my daughter. I was promised "rich" breakfast and good views. Well, we had an amazing view from the balcony BUT I step on top of dog poop (owner has 2-3 dogs and 3 cats) inside the hotel. The breakfast was very limited with spider nets over the cookies and the halva was melted, bread was OK. The beach was near and good quality water. The owner is customer oriented but again from hygiene point of view is very oriental. Im writing this from the hotel waiting that the music will stop soon so me and the kid can go to sleep (23:00pm). I wouldn't pay more than 20 euros for this kind of experience.

One of the most beautiful hotel with nice service and very clean. Nice real mediterranean style. Friendly staff, excellent music and good atmosphere for the night time. And the most important next to the beach! Thank you Anatoli:)

The best place in Aegina Island. The rooms was very clean and the people was so friendly. We've booked a sea view room and the view from the balcony was realy outstanding!!! The breakfast starts at 09:00! The beach in front its a small sandy cove. A place that everyone should visit once. Best Regards from your GreekAmerican friends from Boston. Giannis & Lisa

The hotel looks like from a horror movie in Middle East...too creepy!but this is not an issue compared to the receptionist behavior which I assume is the owner ..first we book via booking seaview room and by chance I call to know that it was error and room is not available and I said ok..when I arrived it was already early so based on the regulations I can check in at 14:00 if no room available earliest and we started talking about 10 minutes Waste of time and me waiting to get a comment of possible earlier check in even 30 minutes but the result was that he informed me you can cancel if you want although he know that we booked tickets and agreed to stay but it seems he has already risk on the non availability of the room (overbooking) so he frastruated us totally and as a result we left....I don’t recommend anyone to stay unless it’s urgent :) this is some of the minor bad examples in Greece as most of the places are super friendly and top professional....enjoy Greece all the time :)

We stayed back in 2018 and I sincerely hope things have changed dramatically since then. This is weird place: I was OK with the kitsch decoration and so on, I might even say I could enjoy this sixties hippie, oriental ,etc. hodgepodge, but... wow I did not at all expect a hotel that hasn't had probably had any renovation since it was built (the 60s?), other than probably the A/C unit. Pros: - The view from rooms facing the sea is great. - breakfast is pretty good with some variety e.g. several cakes (carrot, chocolate, etc.), greek-style fried doughnuts, etc., although most of the dishes are rather mediocre. They also serve it until late morning. - the beach right below the hotel is quite nice and so is the garden (although the mixture of different decorative styles can be ...overwhelming) - the owners are quite polite and welcoming. - I think there is a private parking. Cons: - the room was soooo dilapidated! I am at a loss. - the bathroom was in a particularly terrible condition (pictures attached, no wonder why there are no photos of bathrooms in any listing). The shower is so tight to fit in and there is rust everywhere: in the sink, the shower curtain etc. The water flow can also be very low- it happened while I was having a shower. - The shutters of our room would not fully close. This was also true for the balcony doors - there was a large crack on the top. - The bedroom is quite small and the decoration is a mixture of sorts, oriental and other. Cleanliness is OK but everything is so worn-down that it 'looks' dirty. - there's a party (at least on Saturdays) with oriental dancing which can be an issue if you want to sleep earlier, as there is absolutely no soundproofing (well, the windows don't close properly). As a final note, if this hotel were to offer a much lower rate (say no more than 30 euros/night during high season) and ONE WAS OK with this level of accommodation, it wouldn't be such an awful idea. However, given the actual rate, the overall value is terrible. I'm also pretty sure there are cult-like positive reviews for the establishment which can be entirely misleading.
