Amazing hosts, Great view, super clean very close to attractions and beach.

Nice and clean apartment and a wonderfull wiuw feom the balcony. The owners are very kind and very helpfull - and they do all they can, so you feel good.

WARNING! VERY POOR!!! If I could, I'd rate it -5 stars. I've never met a host this bad before, he's incorrect. I've paid for 11 nights on paper, and after the 10th, he stated that the agreement was 10 nights so we have to leave today. Even after showing him the proof (which was in a messenger text, that i wrote to him, and his answer was "Ok" and a Like emoji), he claimed that I'm just trying to scam him. Afterwards when we were leaving with my family, as he said bye he didn't even manage to tell us a simple sorry. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Whoever wants to visit Parga, you better NOT STAY in Andreas Kanali Studios.

Great position, fantastic views of the bay and nice staff. On the down side the pool is quite small but other than that we had a excellent two weeks stay.

The view is amazing. Cleaning was excellent with towels been changed every day. Room was nice decorated and very convenient. The pool was big enough with breathtaking view to castle and with every night cleaning. It has a full capable and operative kitchen and all amenities. The owners are very friendly and with an always smile in their face and ready satisfying your will. If you have a car ,there's a parking area. You need about 15 minutes to town but the return is more difficult due to an uphill walking. You cannot find parking easily in Parga ,so stay calm and use your feet. Our apartment was on basement and the garden in front of us was amazing. You didn't need an air condition if you are there .You can find amazing restaurants in town. The closest beach is about 10 min by foot when you go down and more when you return. Pay attention if you have a car because traffic is present all time and you difficult drive between places. Go early in the morning to Sarakiniko beach and other nearby beaches if you have a car because roads are very narrow and you will be stacked easily.

We had booked through booking.com and the hotel was supposed to be paid in full by card before checking in. The owner however chose not to charge our card and instead wanted to handle the payment on check out. When the time came, he pretended that the card reader didn't work and asked for cash instead. He was also trying to get us to leave without a receipt, which he would supposedly mail to us. After rejecting to pay by cash and offering to pay by bank transfer, he falsely claimed again that the hotel had no bank account (interesting how you can accept cards but have no bank account..). We wasted an hour of our time arguing and in the end he accepted the bank transfer, have us his bank account details and miraculously found a way to give us a receipt. Total disgrace. The rooms are mediocre at best btw. Παρότι η κράτηση ήταν μέσω booking.com και με χρέωση κάρτας, τη τελευταία μέρα μας έλεγε πως δε λειτουργεί το POS, δεν έχει λογαριασμό τραπέζης για να δεχτεί ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή και δε μπορεί να εκδώσει απόδειξη γιατί δεν έχει μπλοκ. Ζητούσε να του δώσουμε μετρητά και να μας "ταχυδρομήσει" την απόδειξη. Αρνηθηκαμε, διαπληκτιστήκαμε για 1 ώρα και τελικά βρέθηκε ο λογαριασμός τραπέζης και η απόδειξη... Ντροπή για τον ελληνικό τουρισμό. Τα δωμάτια είναι επιεικώς μέτρια παρεμπιπτόντως.

Lovely little self catering apartments over looking the bay. Very pretty building and well maintained. Clean and tidy rooms. Has a toilet with sink and a shower with bath and hand towels provided. Small kitchenette with a small hob and a small fridge. Not that we intended in cooking, just happy to have a kettle, cups and plates. The owners live on sight and are very friendly. There is no snack bar on sight, but there is a drinks vending machine. Lovely veranda and seating area which we sat in when it was raining and we played cards. There is a small pool which is very clean. We will defiantly be returning !
