Κάλεσα για ραντεβού και προσφορά. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα με καλέσουν την επόμενη αλλά δε με πήρε πίσω κανείς. Ξανακάλεσα να το υπενθυμίσω και ενώ δώσαμε ραντεβού καθυστέρησαν μιάμιση ώρα με αποτέλεσμα να μην είμαι διαθέσιμος. Κάλεσα εκ νέου αργότερα και πράγματι ήρθε ο κύριος Ανδριολας εντός της επόμενης ώρας για την προσφορά. Αφού είδε τι χρειάζομαι και πήρε τα μέτρα, μου είπε ότι θα με καλέσει εντός δύο ημερών για να μου δώσει τιμές. Δεν με κάλεσε ποτέ..! Πέρασαν 15 μέρες και κάλεσα και πάλι εγώ αγανακτισμενος πλέον. Μου ζήτησε συγνώμη και μου είπε ότι έχει έτοιμη τη προσφορα κ ότι θα με πάρει την επομένη. Δεν με πήρε ΠΟΤΕ..!!!
Unacceptable treatment and lack of professionalism ..!
I called for an appointment and an offer. I was informed that they would call me the next day but no one took me back. I called to remind him again and while we made an appointment they were an hour and a half late so I was not available. I called again later and Mr. Andriolas actually came within the next hour for the offer. After seeing what I needed and taking action, he told me that he would call me within two days to give me prices. He never called me ..! 15 days passed and I called again indignant now. He apologized to me and told me that he had the offer ready and that he would pick me up the next day. He NEVER took me .. !!!
