We were not informed by the company on the horair of pick up and we needed to ask that, the call center never answered to several call and pick up were always late compared to the expected horairs. Good point: the company executive answers to the emails. We really hope that these elements can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin. My son arrived in Athens last week to find out that the transfer had picked someone else up (who wasn't English and who's name wasn't my sons) so he had to get a taxi from the airport because he was stranded (they did pay for this thankfully).
Fast forward one week to today, my son was told this morning to be outside of his apartment at 17:50. He got to his pick up point 10-15 minutes before after completing his check out........THE SHUTTLE ARRIVED AT 17:30 AND LEFT WITHOUT HIM!!!! leaving him to pay €40 to get another taxi to the airport. I don't know what kind of service you are trying to provide, but its a complete shambles of one!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Jokers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our clients a transfer from the Athens Airport to the Grand Hyatt Athens hotel. We received notification from our clients that their BA flight was delayed leaving ORD airport. Immediately we called Andy Tours and advised them that the flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. As Andy Tours already had a driver assigned to our clients, and they track in-coming flights, we thought that the 9 hours advance notice we were giving them was sufficient time for Andy Tours to adjust accordingly and have a driver for our customers. Well that was wishful thinking. Andy Tours refused to pick-up our clients and our clients had to pay for a transfer by taxi instead double paying for the service. We have been in the travel industry more than 50+ years and have never heard of a ground operator not checking in-coming flights and refusing to pick-up a pre-paid passenger. Flight schedules change constantly and ground-operators adjust accordingly. It's the nature of the industry. We won't be using them again. Book at your own risk!
