Had a bad experience today when boarding the ferry... many of the employees were pushing us around, asking us to move seating when there was no other passengers around. We had to move couches four or five times. When we finally got settled we were reminded that we couldn’t sleep there. Hoping a bed opens up.

The employees on the boat asked us to move multiple times, telling us we had too much luggage and we couldn’t sit on the couch we were on. We have less luggage than most passengers and the area they asked us to move from was empty. Multiple staff members also approached us saying we can not sleep on the seats were on. We’re not even sleeping. We’re watching a movie. Horrible customer service.

Just when I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse.... a third employee approaches us and tells us we need to move and we can not sleep on the couch we have been sitting on for three and a half hours. We are on waitlist for a bed and have been since we boarded. This boat is fully booked and there’s nothing we can do. It’s an overnight ferry. The employees are very rude and do not care about the passengers or their luggage.

I’ve been on the ferry for an hour and a half and had to move couches three times. The staff doesn’t care. They just want the seating areas free. I was sitting on a couch next to reception and a staff member walked up to me and said because I have a lot of luggage (two backpacks......) that I might be “more comfortable on the tenth floor.” I come up to the tenth floor and there isn’t much seating left (again I’ve been on the ferry for an hour and a half now....) So I go back down to reception and all 6 couches there are still empty. They told me that “it’s about to get really busy” yet there is no one down there.
