Ο μελισσοκόμος που έρχεται στο κατάστημα να αγοράσει αξιόλογα προϊόντα της εταιρίας βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπος με αγενέστατη εξυπηρέτηση χωρίς να υπάρχει λόγος. Ελπίζω τα κεντρικά της εταιρίας να εντοπίσουν σύντομα την αιτία που όποιος πάει μια φορά στο κατάστημα δεν θέλει να ξαναπάει . Με εκτίμηση στα αξιόλογα προϊόντα της εταιρίας και σεβασμό στην αξιοπρέπεια του πελάτη- μελισσοκόμου.
The positive reviews for anyone who has visited the store in the new Rysio of Thessaloniki are funny. The beekeeper who comes to the store to buy valuable products of the company is faced with rude service for no reason. I hope the company's headquarters will soon find out the reason why anyone who goes to the store once does not want to go again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σχετικά νέος στη μελισσοκομία. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τα προϊόντα της ANEL κι από την εξυπηρέτηση. Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί μου έκαναν αρνητική εντύπωση οι συνθήκες εργασίας στο κατάστημα καθώς δεν υπάρχει θέρμανση και το κατάστημα ειναι κυριολεκτικά ψυγείο!! Οι υπάλληλοι ηταν κουκουλωμενοι και δεδομένης της κατάστασης δεν μπορείς να καθίσεις πολύ ώρα.
Relatively young in beekeeping. Very happy with ANEL products and service. I put a star because the working conditions in the store made a negative impression on me as there is no heating and the store is literally a refrigerator !! The employees were hooded and given the situation you can not sit long.
