Που είναι τα μέτρα σας κύριοι;;;;; Ο ένας επάνω στον άλλον, πληρότητα πιθανόν πανω από το επιτρεπτό. Καμία σύσταση για τους επιβάτες με κατεβασμένη μάσκα, πάρα μόνο μια αναφορά από τα μικρόφωνα κατά την έναρξη του ταξιδιού. Άλλωστε για ποια σύσταση μιλάμε όταν το ίδιο το προσωπικό ακόμα και στο κυλικείο φοράει τη μάσκα κάτω από το πηγούνι; Στις θέσεις δε, καμία απαγορευτικη ένδειξη. Καράβι Σύμη. Κατά τα άλλα, το έντυπο μας μάρανε... Τέλος,είχε 20 λεπτά καθυστέρηση...

Τρομερη εξυπηρετηση,γρηγορη ανταποκριση και απαντηση στο e-mail.Χασαμε πλοιο αρα χασαμε και τα εισητηρια αλλα παρολα αυτα μας αναβαθμισαν τα εισητηρια για την επομενη μερα χωρις καμια χρεωση!

Απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση από την εταιρεία με αποτέλεσμα να ταλαιπωρηθουμε οικογενειακώς (1 βρέφος 2 μηνών και 2 παιδια).Εκλεισα εισιτήρια από Μαντούδι Σκιάθο με δρομολόγιο 15:00-17:30 .Όταν ανεβήκαμε στο πλοίο μας είπαν ότι θα φτάσουμε στη Σκιάθο στις 20:00 γιατί έγινε μια αλλαγή στο δρομολόγιο.Μου είπαν απ την εταιρεία ότι έστειλαν μηνυμα στο κινητό για να ενημερώσουν για την αλλαγή χωρίς να επικοινωνήσουν τηλεφωνικώς μαζί μας.Προσοχή!!!

Παρά πολύ εξυπηρετική η υπάλληλος!!! Γρήγορη ευχάριστη και έδωσε λύση στα διάφορα προβλήματα που προέκυψαν.

Από ό,τι βλέπω εδώ μέσα το μικρότερο κακό είναι το ότι δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνο. Σκέψουν πώς μας βλέπουν οι τουρίστες...

Share my experience..... Well it was an experience... 30% slower than listed on the websites/tickets etc. Probably because of cheapskating mallakkes. Seats are HORRIBLE!!! BE ADVISED TO STAND FOR HOURS!!!!!! then there are the prices on board, which one would expect to be far and beyond normal prices, but this was so expensive i have to invent a new language to describe it. 1* because i cant give less, and because im on vacation. SKATA!

Nice ferry, but they employ a thief. I took the ferry with a car from Mantoudi to Skiathos. I locked the car as always and parked it where I was told in the ferry. During the journey I received an intercom call telling me to bring my keys for my car. One of the crew who was roughly 192 CM with sunglasses and the white button down crew shirt told me he needed to move my car and to give him the keys. There were 3 other members of the crew that witnessed this. I thought it was strange, but I wasn't going to argue, so I gave him the keys. When I got to my hotel later that night I realized that my 140 euro UE Megaboom speaker was stolen out of the car. I know it was stolen then because I remember as we got on the boat I had it in my hand and asked my girlfriend if we should bring it on board and she said no it'd disturb other passengers, so I put it on the backseat. It was 100% stolen by this guy. He should be fired and put in jail. When I took the ferry back I saw the same guy as I disembarked in my car and he saw me see him and we locked eyes for a second then he quickly looked away. This is not the behavior of an innocent man. Nice boat, but they need to do better background checks of their employees. If someone wants to contact me from this company and make it right please do. The ferry I took was the Mantoudi one on Wed June 19 2019 15:00 to Skiathos which stopped at several other ports on the way. My device was stolen right before we arrived in Skiathos.
