★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Пекарня с традиционной выпечкой и хлебом, и, наверное, лучшими калицунии в Agios Nikolaos: нежнейшая творожная начинка и настоящее творожное тесто (ничего подобного больше ни в одной кондитерской не пробовали), то же касается темного ароматного хлеба из кэроба с его естественной легкой сладостью. Отдельно о пряниках, точнее, сдобе из кэроба с начинкой из сухофруктов (очень вкусная!), слегка посыпанная травами; отдаленно напоминает наш пряник с повидлом, но больше начинки и характерного вкуса самого теста. Также большой выбор всегда свежего хлеба, печенья и другой традиционной выпечки. Продает приветливая женщина, которая сама выпекает некоторые изделия.
 A bakery with traditional pastries and bread, and, probably, the best Kalitsunia in Agios Nikolaos: the most tender curd filling and real curd dough (they haven’t tried anything like this in any pastry shop), the same goes for dark fragrant carob bread with its natural light sweetness. Separately, about gingerbread, or rather, carob muffin stuffed with dried fruit (very tasty!), Slightly sprinkled with herbs; remotely resembles our gingerbread with jam, but more of the filling and the characteristic taste of the dough itself. Also a large selection of always fresh bread, cookies and other traditional pastries. A friendly woman is selling who bakes some products herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My twin sister (Karen) and I visited Aghios Nikolaos and happened to bump into the chef from hotel where we staying. She introduced us to her son and his bakery. Well, what a bakery. Stunning food, delicious sweet and savoury treats, and what a lovely, kind and hard working young man. He was an absolute delight to meet, as were the bread rings and the bag of sweets he gave us, to eat.
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you get the chance, please visit and taste the divine produce.
