Angelina Hotel & Apartments - Canal D'amour Sidari

Very nice hotel with just perfect location. Very close to the beaches but the area is not too crowded. Staff is very friendly, they know English and are ready to help, rooms are clean and nice. Bad news is that they close the swimming pool at 6PM, also breakfast and food available during the day is nothing special. Dinners are quite good however and overall good isn't bad but nothing special. When coming here make sure you have some mosquito protection, they are everywhere in Sidari so it's not really hotel-related thing but it's good to remember.

Hotel/food/rooms/pool/staff including angelina herself very good.....UNTIL.... 2 of our party tested positive for covid. Then things changed for the worst. We were honest and reported it straight away. We were all tested and were all negative apart from the 2 girls who came with us . ANGELINA was no support at all. My daughter and her 4 children were taken to a Quarantine hotel even though they were negative. Angelina could have been much more supportive. She gave us no details of what was going to happen and basically wanted rid of us. She and the van driver threatened to call the police when my daughter refused to get in the van with other covid people. My daughter stuck to her guns and refused to get in especially with her 4 children. We later found out that angelina should have let them self isolate at the hotel cos we had 4 days left. My daughter and her 4 children are home know after a terrible time in the quarantine hotel they never did test positive after all the tests they had (all paid for by my dsughter) and we do not know why the children were targeted. ANGELINA just did not care or want to know !!!!

Best price point! The food was really good, the swimming pool is big enough. And also the people were very kind. The hotel is located just a few meters from the Canal D'amour and following the road there were a lot of restaurants and some super market (one was just in front of the hotel and open from 8:00 to 22:30). However, there were just 2 things which were not so good, the water was salty in the shower which was the case of maybe all the hotels in the region as we asked to someone outside. And the second thing was the air-conditioner, it makes a lot of noise (maybe just our room). So, I recommend this hotel ?

No wifi in the rooms, wifi avaliable only in the lobby. No way to park your car, the parking is too small. Old fashion hotel and too noise. You can't use swimming pool after 6pm.

Was surprised when I had to pay for the room before seeing it. It was in the most loud area and administrator refused to change for more quiet one although I've seen there were plenty of empty rooms. Couldn't sleep here more than 2 hours

Well what can I say…… My family and I just returned after staying at Angelina apartments for two weeks. Exceptionally clean, food “impeccable” and staff amazing!! Location perfect with the finest restaurant opposite, which they also run called Napoli, the food is just incredible All round 5 ⭐️ They honestly made us feel like family. All of us took a liking to George, he made us laugh throughout the holiday. Angelina was so lovely and welcoming, and always made us feel at home, along with her brother who again, couldn’t do enough for us. This is a family run hotel, and we left feeling like family! ❤️ I can honestly say, we have travelled extensively and been many places around the world, however, this place will always have a special place in our heart! Excellent, friendly staff and owners. Very very clean. Great pool, Fantastic place Near beaches, restaurants Bars and super market. A must. I will be going there again. 10 out of 10.

Lovely quiet place to stay so close to mermaids rocks and canal d'amour. If you are looking for non party holiday stay, this place is great. Lady called Angelina at the hotel was one of the sweetest and nicest people we met on holiday. She cares about holiday makers so much and has amazing customer service skills. P.S. Please note water is non drinkable in most places in Sidari, if you enjoy non salty cup of coffee, buy your own water.
