R	RandaKaterina Sbeiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always someone new.. and less experienced than the previous employee... they are not hair stylists.. you cannot be a hair stylist and fear the curl! Also you cannot straighten curly hair with a cold hair dryer. Ridiculous ... what a shame...
R	Rania Khalil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to do hair color, talking about Glyfada branch, unprofessional at all, asking to have a simple one color in all my hair and ending with multicolor and they blame me encluding the owner that I didn’t like the color, explaining that they can’t get me one color! I should accept to have black roots with many brown, faded black and touch of green in the sun because as she explained she added blue to avoid the red!! As she said in exact word even expert like me can do mistakes but I’ll fix it next week! That was to get her money and I paid the hall amount, cause it was my first experience with them and I used to deal with a hi professional, decent and experienced saloon; in the time she should fix my hair color she was saying that she never said that! And it’s my mistake I didn’t like the color plus she can never get one color!! Her managers including the owner was totally agreeing that she’s right and it’s not her mistake!! Without bothering them selves to see!! She also said that she will use something more Professional than Olaplex, when I asked her why she did’t aplly It for me she said I mixed it with the color! Later I knew that it should be applied separately!! So she let me pay without adding it!! Stepping to a famous and professional saloon very close to them “ who are known from 1955 in Glyfad “ I got the color I wanted from the roots till the end from the first time, I was well treated, pampered and end up very happy!

There is a French saying 'noblesse oblige' and even though the manager and co-owner of the store speaks French, this saying completely eludes her. That's why certain places, despite their undoubtful skills, are definitely not welcoming.

The new straightening treatment they suggested to me is AMAZING! It made my hair look wonderful. I am also very grateful that they suggested nano ring extensions as an alternative to a balayage as I am not a huge fan of bleaching my hair. The extensions look great and I got lots of compliments from the first day. Maria and Alexandros are very kind, professional and social and definitely know their stuff. Overall the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend the place.
