Unacceptable. On Tuesday 02/06/2021 in the afternoon I went to the doctor's office for a blood test for antibodies and I was told to call the next day after 12 to find out the result. Wednesday 03/06/2021 I get a phone call at 12 as I was told and they tell me they are not ready it will be after 2. At 4:30 I go to the clinic to pick them up once again the answer from the secretariat is we do not have them yet they have not brought them to us I ask when they will be and they say M come after 6! At 8 I go again after a 20 minute wait the lady at the reception tells me that they can not print them and the girl is missing and to go again the next morning! I ask to leave my email to receive them there. Thursday 04/06/2021 I receive a call at 9 in the morning that finally "the blood serum did not arrive" and the examination was not done .. to go again at 2 to get my blood again ... I ask in both samples after we had gone 2 people how can it not be enough for anyone obviously the samples have been lost? The lady's answer on the phone was I do not know. And after another 10 minutes a call that they will finally put the term in another machine so I do not need to go again .. based on all these and results to receive I considered unreliable. I asked for a refund, which it did. Obviously it was not about the amount but about the joke .. unprofessionalism in the extreme, I would just prefer to be told that ok we made a mistake. It is human ..

My teenage daughter and I went for a PCR test today. While we made our appointment last week, the girl at the secretariat had not informed us about the papers we needed to have with us. The girl who took my daughter's sample for examination was very fast and clumsy resulting in my daughter aching in the throat. Also, when we went to pick up the test result this afternoon the paper was torn on the side and the time of taking the sample was incorrect. Unacceptable service.

I just finished cleansing my face at the medical aesthetics of Animus Polyclinic and I am excited !!! Awesome experience. The best cleaning I have ever done !! I went today for PCR at Animus !! The girl in the secretariat was very kind and helpful and the space very neat! Nevertheless, the lady who did the test for me was rude and clumsy !!

Never again! I made an appointment for PCR covid test today 14/03 in the morning and while I paid as he said on the paper for molecular, I was done fast which I saw by chance when I entered gov.gr and I saw a negative rapid from an unknown microbiological clinic that I have not visited. I called animus to ask if any test result came out and they told me "we will inform you 6-7 you do not need to call". I also asked them if they work with another microbiological clinic and they said no. I waited until 19:00 and no information..at 21:00 it closed but .. I get a phone call at 19:10, I ask again and they tell me there is no molecular with this name.I inform them about the rapid I saw on gov.gr having talked to the microbiology clinic that finally cooperates and uploaded it, and they say yes we probably did you rapid and come again tomorrow for a sample for molecular. but I could not lose another day so I run at the last minute for a sample because the / the person in charge of doing the covid tests informed me that he is leaving at 20:00. And when I went they did not apologize to me for all the trouble!
