Παρότι η αποστολη ηταν για νησι φτασανε γρηγορα και ήταν πολυ καλα πακεταρισμενα. Στην τηλεφωνικη παραγγελια ηταν ευγενεστατοι. Θα παταγγειλω σιγουρα ξανα! Enemies !! I ordered 1 bottle of 1 drops of acidic shampoo and a brush for painting. Although the mission was for islands fast and very well packed. In the phone order they were noble. I will definitely punch again!

I received the order the next day. The clerk on the phone was very polite and the products were carefully packaged. I will order again.

Τη δεύτερη φορά χρειάστηκε να προσθέσω κάποιο προϊόν αφού είχα ολοκληρώσει την παραγγελία και είχα πληρώσει με κάρτα. Με εξυπηρέτησε τηλεφωνικά μια ευγενέστατη και πολύ ευχάριστη κοπέλα. Στην κάθε παραγγελία είχα δώρο σε μεγαλύτερη συσκευασία και όχι μικρά δείγματα και από επώνυμες εταιρίες. Το καλό είναι ότι μπορείς και να επιλέξεις ανάμεσα σε τρία κουριερ για την αποστολή. Τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση! I have ordered twice. Both orders were shipped the very next day. The second time I had to add a product after I had completed the order and paid by card. I was served by phone by a very kind and very pleasant girl. In each order I had a gift in a larger package and not small samples from branded companies. The good thing is that you can also choose between three couriers for the shipment. Perfect service!

Το μανό εννοείται ότι επιστράφηκε την επόμενη ημέρα και ηταν σφραγισμένο και άθικτο. Ο λόγος που θέλαμε να το επιστρέψουμε ηταν γιατί μου το έκαναν δώρο και έτυχε να έχω ακριβώς το ίδιο χρώμα. Εννοείται ότι δεν θα ξαναπατήσω . Εσείς χάσατε. I am very annoyed because while I have been shopping for years and online and in the store, they refused to make a change in a mano we got. Καθυστέρησαν και τις δύο φορές 15 μέρες για να το στείλουν Αθήνα...Όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο ο υπάλληλος μου απάντησε "Να μην επιλέγετε την speedex ως μεταφορικη"... Απαράδεκτη απάντηση για επαγγελματίες!15 μέρες καθυστέρης και εσύ να χρειάζεσαι τα προϊόντα για δουλειά!!!!Δεν θα ξαναψωνιζα από το κατάστημα αυτό!!!! Πάτρα-Αθήνα 15 μέρες???? Καλύτερα ας τα έπαιρνα από Κίνα!!! This is the second time I order online ... Both times they were 15 days late to send it to Athens ... When I got a call my employee answered "Do not choose speedex as shipping" ... Unacceptable answer for professionals! 15 days later and you need the products for work !!!!
