Επίσης είχα αγοράσει ένα σχέδιο τάμαρις και είχε πρόβλημα το φερμουάρ του από το εργοστάσιο προφανώς ήταν το θέμα. Τους το πήγα και μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση με όποιο άλλο ζευγάρι ήθελα αρκεί να είχα την απόδειξη που την είχα βέβαια. Χωρίς απόδειξη δεν μπορούν να κάνουν αλλαγή . Όλα καλά διάλεξα αυτό που ήθελα και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Θα ξαναψωνιζα σιγουρα. Flawless service always with a smile. Willingness to help bring alternative project suggestions when there is not what I want. I also bought a tamarisk design and had a problem with its zipper from the factory obviously that was the issue. I took it to them and they replaced me with any other couple I wanted as long as I had the proof that I had it of course. Without proof they can not make a change. All well I chose what I wanted and I am very happy. I would definitely go shopping again.
Ι	Ιωαννα Καρρα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παπούτσι αγορασμενο τον Οκτώβρη, αρχές Ιανουαρίου καταστράφηκε (κόπηκε η σόλα στην μέση) με ούτε 10 φορές χρήση και αρχική τιμή 110€. Το κατάστημα έδειξε πλήρη αδιαφορία λέγοντας ότι "συμβαίνει μια στο εκατομμύριο", και δεν υπάρχει τίποτα απολύτως που μπορούν να κάνουν. Δεν είχαν τίποτα να προτείνουν, ούτε αντικατάσταση, ούτε επισκευή ούτε κάποιου είδους έκπτωση για άλλο προϊόν. Ακόμα και για αυτή την μια περίπτωση στο εκατομμύριο θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει κάποια λύση. Είμαστε χρόνια πελάτες οικογενειακώς αλλά με αυτή την αντιμετώπιση δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να αγοράσουμε τίποτα άλλο από αυτό το κατάστημα. Εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά, λυπάμαι. A shoe bought in October, at the beginning of January, was destroyed (the sole was cut in half) with not even 10 times of use and an initial price of € 110. The store showed complete indifference saying "it happens one in a million", and there is absolutely nothing they can do. They had nothing to offer, no replacement, no repair, no discount for any other product. Even for this one case in a million there should be some solution. We have been customers for years as a family, but with this treatment, there is no way we can buy anything other than this store. Completely unprofessional behavior, I'm sorry.
