Κ ειδικά τώρα λόγω κορωναιου είναι μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία να πας να πάρεις το δέμα σου απ τον Βοτανικό. Ενώ όλα θα λυνοντουσαν αν απλά έπαιρναν ένα τηλ... κρίμα! Disappointment! Δεν έχω καμία ενημέρωση, καμία επικοινωνία για το πού βρίσκεται το δέμα μου και στα τηλέφωνα της εταιρείας δεν απαντάεις κανείς εδώ και δύο μέρες! Μάλιστα το email που παρουσιάζεται στην ιστοσελίδα τους μου επιστρέφεται ως μη υπαρκτό και με τον κωδικό αναζήτησης αποστολής αναγράφεται ότι το δέμα μου έχει παραδοθεί (!!!) Unacceptable service! This is the first time I have encountered such a problem with parcel delivery. I have no information, no communication about the location of my parcel and no one has been answering the company's phones for two days now! In fact, the email presented on their website is returned to me as non-existent and with the shipping search code it is stated that my parcel has been delivered (!!!)
