Awful place. Bed bugs, leeches in the pool and horrible staff . Dont stay!

Warning!!! Disgusting, will be taking legal action! One star is one star too many to rate this pigsty My youngest daughter went there a few days ago for a week holiday on her own to get over the death of her uncle.... To relax and read on. Her own. To say it was a dump is being kind... The place was a hole!... No door handle, mattress was stained with blood and urine... My daughter tipped over a tea light which burnt a hole the size of a 10p coin, on the bed sheet.. She apologised and offered to pay for the damage... The manager went ballistic and started swearing, bullying and shouting at her... He demanded 200 euros... He frog marched her to the cashpoint where she gave him 50 euros as she refused to pay anymore. He became very abusive and intimidating... He followed her back after taking the money he told her to pack, refused to leave while she got dressed!!!, and basically threw her out on the streets at 9pm! She was on her own and pleaded with him as she had nowhere to go... He said he didn't care what happened to her... She went to a nearby hotel but he had black listed her everywhere and defamed her by accusing her of terrible things she hadn't even done!... She had to walk the streets, had to book another flight home on her phone for £150 even though she had 4 days holiday left!!!... Then walked 4 miles with her bags in middle if the night. STAY AWAY FROM THUS HOTEL AND THIS MAN! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PLEASE BE WARNED!!

This place shouldn’t even have a star at all! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bed bugs in the bed, ants everywhere! They tired to get rid of the ants but left the dead ants behind, which is beyond disgusting! We had to walk out of this place as we couldn’t stay in a place like this. Absolute disgrace

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.... Bed bugs ants and rude staff. The doors did not close properly and the place was a mess. As they told me the cleaners was to scared to come to work because of the current times.

It doesn't look as good as in the pictures. The bathroom is dirty, there is no toilet paper, baths, hair dryer. The air conditioning is not working, it is very noisy. The only staff is nice.
