★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a small surprise to my wife who is currently in Greece. The delivery that arrived was the wrong plant, poorly presented, half dead and small, with a carelessly written scratched out card. When queried, it will take one week for a replacement. Very poor quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with how the order turned out! I am not in the country where the flowers were delivered, and they were for a family party. I was sending on behalf of a couple different people who had specific requests (one was "101 red roses"), so I was very careful and wanted them to be just right. I sent a follow-up email after placing the order online and received assurance that the order was completed properly. I appreciated the updates when the flowers were out for delivery, and then when the delivery had been made. The family members in attendance were very impressed, and sent me photos of the flowers and the notes. Thank you!
