When I asked why the roses were closed, they considered me a fool and said: the rose should be closed. I ordered to the hotel and my guest was already on the way, I had to buy. But I have never been so disappointed in my life. I am very sorry that I ordered from you. But yesterday I bought a rose in another place and what a beauty. so don't order flowers from them! the worst thing is that you tried to prove to me that roses are bought closed. respect your customers, they are not stupid!!!
