A	Agelos Triantis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία online για μια ανθοδέσμη και υπήρξε μια παρανόηση απο πλευράς του καταστήματος ως προς την ημερομηνία παράδοσης. Για την ακρίβεια η ανθοδέσμη παραδόθηκε μια ημέρα νωρίτερα. Το κατάστημα αναγνώρισε το λάθος και η Κυρία με την οποία επικοινώνησα μου ζήτησε συγγνώμη για αυτο το λάθος αρκετές φορές όπως επίσης και ο Κύριος που μετέφερε την ανθοδέσμη.Και οι δυο ήταν πολυ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Απο πλευρά τους επέμεναν να ξαναστείλουν ενα δώρο αντίστοιχο για να διορθώσουν το λάθος. Αυτή η κίνηση τους τιμάει σαν ανθρώπους και ακόμα περισσότερο σαν επαγγελματίες. Τα λάθη είναι ανθρώπινα και συμβαίνουν παντού και σε όλους. Η αντιμετώπιση όμως δείχνει αν κάποιος έχει ήθος και παιδεία. Ευχαρίστως θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά. Να σημειώσω επίσης πως ο Κύριος που τα μετέφερε αρνήθηκε και τις 2 φορές το φιλοδώρημα αν και χρειάστηκε να διανύσει αρκετά χιλιόμετρα. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ και σας εύχομαι καλές δουλειές και υγεία!! I ordered online for a bouquet and there was a misunderstanding on the part of the store as to the delivery date. To be precise, the bouquet was delivered a day earlier. The store acknowledged the mistake and the Lady I contacted him and he apologized to me for this mistake several times as well as the Lord who carried the bouquet. They were both very kind and helpful. For their part, they insisted on sending a corresponding gift again to correct the mistake. This movement honors them as people and even more as professionals. Mistakes are human and happen everywhere and to everyone. The treatment, however, shows if one has morals and education. I will gladly prefer them again. I should also note that the Lord who transported them refused the tip both times, although he had to travel several kilometers. Thank you very much and I wish you good jobs and health !!
